Property was very clean. Pictures don't do justice on how good this hotel is. My daughter and I stayed there and we slept very comfortable and felt safe. Staff was very courteous and assisted us with questions we had. I would highly recommend this hotel. I plan to continue to stay with them every time I travel to San Antonio.

Only thing that we didn't like was the lighting in the room and the bath lavatory splashing water. But that didn't ruin our stay.

Location was very accessible and centralized for Fiesta events. Uber friendly. Very clean and updated rooms. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Well lit property at night.

The sink aerator had an odd water stream that would spray water on the counter when razor or toothbrush was put under it. Workers in the morning yelling across the property to one another.

The owner, Dee, was the most welcoming and accommodating person. She 1st had me look at the room to make sure I was satisfied with it. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The lighting was good and everything worked. When we left I actually hugged her and she saw us off. We will definitely book there again on our next trip to that side of San Antonio.

The water spout in the sink splashing to much getting counters wet. The shower draining was too slow.

They charged me again and over the price of booking.com when I arrived even after I told them I had already paid online. I call/email Booking.com and the hotel refunded the same day.

Very clean and well-kept. Finishes are modern and give it a new look despite the age of the hotel. Very close to downtown, we took uber everywhere without having to break the bank.

Get rid of smoking rooms.

Close to activities, Bluewater and at a good price. Centre is walkable during the daytime. Seems to have been recently renovated. Try the river walk from Bluewater to the Centre Brian was super helpful and friendly

The curtains did not match the decor of the room

Great place, booked on short notice, really: everything all good! I was on public transport: even that worked real well! Very clean and well kept!!
