We enjoyed the roomy room, felt like we were home. Had kitchenette and full size couch, desk to check emails most of all the jacuzzi for celebrating our romatic anniversary.

1.We couldn't connect to wifi, due to not able to be identified...yet TV welcomed us with our personalized name on screen. 2.We settled in,went out for a romantic dinner and came back to start our celebration...only to find out jets didn't work to jacuzzi. This was main reason to pay a high price for room and have to ask...could it be possible to refund half our price paid or compansate another jacuzzi room in the future. Still giving a satisfactory rating despite the disappointment. That we be fabulous...looking forward to become a diamond member.

Our room was very nice with fresh decor and new carpet. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. The desk staff was excellent.

Somehow I missed that the hotel was renovating inside and out. My sister was meeting us and missed the hotel because the temporary sign had blown down. Parking was tricky manuvering around the construction vehicles and materials.

did not know reminding was going on if that had not been happening my visit would have been everything that I expected. Hotel was a little dusty and sheetrock scraps were everywhere not much but enough that you could not miss .It looked like crew was trying to keep clean .

When we walked into the room, my name was on the screensaver on the tv. That was super cool to see. The breakfast was also amazing. The bed was a littler firmer than I like, but my boyfriend loved it. Despite the renovations it was very clean.

Like I said, the bed was a little more firm than I like. The bathroom door wouldn’t close completely, but it wasn’t a big deal.

We were welcomed in by friendly face. Checking in was very easy and given details about the room, breakfast and departure times for train ride.

There could of been more waffle machines. Since there were so many children. Everyone was very patient.

I like the location , reliable and clean A little complicated to get in and out on the road but the service, the location, the team, our breakfast and the cleanliness were great.

It was beautiful and a perfect place to stay after the polar express. When we were leaving the desk attendant (Kari) asked “see you next year?” We answered with a resounding YES!!

They filled in the indoor pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, the omlets and waffles were really good. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were very clean. Location was just perfect for us.

The atmosphere was great.

Getting into the parking lot is difficult because it is not marked. We arrived at night and missed the turn twice and had to circle around because you can not make a left into the facility.

Wet clean rooms and the facility overall was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Had really good coffee!

The free breakfast is lacking. Not many options.
