The room was clean and upgraded, the bed was comfortable and no extra critters. Location was perfect for what I was in town for. Management wasn't rude, very polite and accommodating.

Baby nats by the water sources, so as long as you weren't brushing your teeth or washing your hands they didn't bother you. Breakfast wasn't what I expected, but at least it was something, coffee was good. TV selections weren't perfect but they did have cable.

The property was very clean and obviously remodeled. The area was quiet and the bed was as comfortable as any in more expensive hotels. The price was excellent, and I consider an exceptional value.

I wasn’t accustomed to the app and I’m not sure I got officially checked out before regular checkout time. We dropped key but didn’t go through the app. I called, though, and the attendant was very nice and said he would take care of it.

Location and the iron and board. I don't recommend smoking rooms. It was a new thing for me, but the room smelt kind of funny. It was not a fair review by me, really, because I didn't really try non-smoking rooms. Free breakfast was okay. I enjoyed the cranberry juice, but the breakfast was very, very minimal, but that's to be expected for the price. Overall, I am very satisfied with the value.

No pool. Breakfast options. But I knew that before booking so not really a negative in my opinion. Very basic economy lodging. Good, stop over if that was my purpose.

This is the best value for your money in Palestine. Clean comfortable room at a good price. Its friendly and safe. No crime/drugs/creepy people around like there are at a lot of the cheaper hotels in Palestine.

The location was perfect for what we were there for. It was quiet at night and the girl at the front desk was very helpful.

Maybe a little overpriced for the age of the property but the rooms are clean and quiet so all in all a good value.

The staff and housekeeping are wonderful. It's clean and safe, and you're able to rest! Definitely my go-to place. I've stayed at a few other places and this is the best place I've visited out of the handful of hotels I've had to stay in.

It gets a little costly staying over time having to stay for work ! But for a short stay, it's definitely worth it.

Very clean hotel, recently updated, it seemed. Quiet location, not far off the Loop. Few nearby food outlets, but some in easy drive distances. Good breakfast.

I took a day trip with my son but ended up having to spend the night since it got too late and dark for me to drive. I was very surprised when I got to the room. It was updated, clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were super soft. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this place. I really like that the parking was all lit up. The young lady and the young gentleman who checked us in were super nice.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had a pancake machine plus an assortment of breakfast sandwiches that could be warmed in the microwave. There was yogurt and 3 choices of cereal. Juice and coffee. We highly recommend the Mexican restaurant that's about a block away.
