This location is not fancy, but it is very well-kept, up-to-date, and very clean. The front desk was also helpful. Upon discovering I had booked a smoking room, they readily accommodated my request to be moved to a non-smoking room. Also, being an older hotel that was built without a dining area, they have turned a first-level guest room into a fairly nice breakfast/coffee room.

This was nothing to do with the hotel quality - I just had the bad luck of arriving when they were resurfacing the drive with asphalt.

Everything was great, cleanliness and politeness was bar none. Everything with check in and check out was very smooth and without a hitch, used booking.com and as usual am very well please.

I thought the rate would be better however there was a large event near by which I attended and figure thats why the price was so high

Well, first, the room was nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows were really soft. Breakfast was really nice with waffles cereal, coffee, etc. A lot of hotels, it seems after the pandemic, are skimping on that. Also the pool was actually operational which also you don't see at a lot of hotels these days. The pool was warm and relaxing. All in all, it e a wonderful stay! I loved the staff, front desk person was so nice and even showed me the room before check-in! I felt safe and it was clean and roomy! I like the cleanness and comfortable bed.
