We liked the breakfast. We liked that the location of the hotel fit in the overall mileage wise aspect of our trip plans. The actual truck stop location was a bit loud at night, but the overall feeling was that this stay at this hotel worked out well for our business/vacation plans. Texas is a big place and we had to stay at a hotel that was approximately where the city/town of Pecos was. Also, both the sunrise and the sunset views from our hotel were spectacular.

The loudness of the truck stop atmosphere and the overall feeling that it didn't exactly feel safe to walk outside, although nothing bad happened.

Convenient, good size rooms and rooms don’t smell and beds are comfortable and they serve dinner along with breakfast, which is amazing for the workers that stay

Breakfast does seem to be empty or never stocked not unless you are there first thing. By 630 or 7 it’s gone mostly and it’s hard to find the person who takes care of it. I try not to complain but that’s the only issue.

The staff person who checked us in was personable and professional. She did an excellent job.

Perhaps speak to the City of Pecos about making the traffic light longer on the exit from East bound I-20. The traffic light only allowed three or four vehicles to pass through the intersection before changing. Lots of larger semis use that exit because of the Loves station.

Excellent customer service by David the receptionist. The room that we stayed was amazing, and all the staff is super friendly, would recommend this place over and over again 😊🌹.

For us, the location was perfect. It was exactly on our travel path and served as a very functional stop-over hotel. Parking is also simple and easy, and it has direct access to a gas station. It is, in a nutshell, very functional at an affordable price.

The air conditioner was extremely loud, and when it kicked in, the entire room had a low-grade vibration/rattle to it. For a light-sleeper, this would be a problem. The breakfast was serviceable, though a bit boring.

You do get some truck noise from the truck stop next door. Breakfast could use some fruit and maybe yogurt.

The location and convenience of being next to the truck stop, my husband is a truck driver, so it was nice to have a place to park his semi.

The next door room was smoking pot, and the smell was bad when we arrived. The facility was smoke-free, so I don't know how it can even happen! 🙄

We were very pleased with the cleanliness. A little nervous about the elevator, but all in all it was a fantastic stay.

Did not like the elevator. Breakfast was a little on the late side. Would be nice to start it earlier
