It was very close to the beach , perfect location.

The air conditioning could have been cooler. We sleep hot . It got a little too warm at night. We had to sleep out of the covers.

We were very happy with the king suite. It was like a1 bedroom apartment, and was just right for my family. I loved having a private bedroom, with a silent bed. We want a bed like that at home now! It was amazing finding a keurig in the full kitchen, and even a few coffee pods. Walking out our hotel room door, we would look left and see the waves! It's right there beside the beach. The room was clean, and so much storage space.

The breakfast was not good, I wouldn't ever tell anyone there is free breakfast included, ha ha. Just being honest. Also, the little coffee packs that have sweetener, stirrers and creamer, was pretty bad. What I assumed to be creamer read "Whitener" on the package. It totally ruined the complimentary coffee pods. It did not taste like it was meant for human consumption. Those are really the only unpleasantries I experienced.

Loved the location and the price of the hotel. Exactly what I was looking for.

There was some kind of water leak in the bathroom and the floor tiles were lifted and broken in front of the shower and toilet. Im not sure if it was related, but it was wet under the tiles the whole time we were there. Also, the room smelled very humid. Not a pleasant smell. I'm assuming that's the reason why they had a dehumidifier in the bathroom and that caused it to be hot in the bathroom, too. Everything else was good. Maybe we just got a bad room. But I would definitely give it another chance.

Everything was excellent. The location is unbeatable, just a two-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, a gas station, a supermarket, and two parks less than 7 minutes away. The room was nice, with everything you need: good Wi-Fi, a large TV, A/C, refrigerator, space to store your things, and comfortable beds. The facilities include an ice machine and a microwave, which is very helpful during a long stay. The staff was super friendly, from the manager to the cleaners. Parking was right in front of your room, great for packing and unpacking at your leisure. Honestly, very good, I would come back 100%

The only thing that disappointed me was that the breakfast was continental (bakery, fruit, cereal, coffee) and not American (with protein included: eggs, cheese), keep this in mind if you need it like me, although there are restaurants and a supermarket very close by.

The beds were up to date and comfortable and everything was SO clean. A past review mentions bedbugs but saw none. This is right on the beach and they have chairs to borrow to sit on the beach. For their current serving space the breakfast was good, coffee excellent and staff was so kind and saw that we had everything we needed. The facility is being upgraded and Id like to come back in a year to see what’s new! Nice pool! It’s close to town where there is miniature golf, game rooms, golf cart rentals and restaurants of every kind.

The bathroom outlet was loose and we had to be cautious plugging things in but I reported it the morning we left. It would have been nice to have a water spigot with a hose to wash your legs and feet at the front of the building where you return from the beach.

We loved the location. Walking distance to the beach.

Accommodations were good. Our room was clean when we got there, but housekeeping only came by one time and we had to ask for towels and they didn’t get to clean the room. We were gone both days we stayed there from 11am-4pm, so they had time to clean them. We arrived Monday after check-in time and we left Thursday before 10am. We probably should have contacted the office to let them know. I am sure this wasn’t their normal business practices.

How close it was to beach

When we arrived our lights were not working in the room. They were doing construction on the building so no hot breakfast was available is what we were told. We left in the evening and came back to room and our keys weren’t working. After several attempts from clerk at desk he had to use his master key. We were told we probably couldn’t come in and out and I didn’t feel comfortable and at that point we were moved into another room at 11pm at night. The desk clerk was amazing but it was just an inconvenience after a long day

Location was perfect. I loved that there is so much counter space. Breakfast was good with protein options. Plugs were available next to the beds. Towels are a good size. Shampoo/cond/body wash all in shower. Ac worked well and was not too loud. Theres a dehumidifier in the bathroom which worked well. Fridge came in handy. Very comfortable room.

One of the mattresses slanted towards the floor on one side. The first night, we were watching tv and it just shut off. There were two remotes and we had no idea how to get it back on. Was dissapointed that there was no microwave. (Was not listed as having one though)

The location could not be better. We would visit again just for that. The staff was very friendly. I did not attempt to have breakfast. The pool and pool area was very clean.

The room smelled very strong with mopping solution. The restroom door didn't have a lock. It would have been nice to have access to a broom to sweep away sand we tracked in. I was very surprised to be woken up by a team pressure-washing the sidewalk and sides of the building at 8:30 a.m., including our door and window. They lingered for hours.

I loved the location. The room was clean and slept 8 if needed. Office staff was very professional, helpful and nice. Checkout was beyond easy.

These are not complaints, but suggestions. I did not see a checklist stating I needed to supply my own items, but they were not present. That being said, when I asked for them, I was provided. I requested a broom, dish soap and paper towels. Cleaning supplies could be provided. There were no paper towels. There were no pans to bake in the oven. Only silverware for 2 people. No extra blankets. Oh and communication via email. Could be a little more specific in responses. I didn’t even know what room I had booked. Just trusted them. ( and it was fine) But again, please understand they are suggestions. I would/will stay here again.
