Room were exceptionally clean. Staff let me check in 1/2 hour early without extra charge or issue. They were polite and friendly. Breakfast was great. Lots of options, and staff kept refilling the hot items and fruits when they got low. Safe location. Set back a little from road, and nobody hanging around. I felt safe walking in and out of here at night. Over all, for the price I paid, I felt it was still a good deal.

Show was low flow, and temperature fluctuated a lot! Toiletries were very limited, if this is a factor for you. Only coffee in room (no decaf either), no tea. I am a tea drinker only. Only coffee cups to drink from, no cups by sink for brushing teeth. Only 1 towel, but since I was staying 1 night, I didn't say anything. If I was staying longer, this would've been an issue. Wifi is slow and barely functional. Could not use.

They were very helpful . We were visiting a family member that passed away while there and thought we might extend the stay if the funeral was in a few day but it will be a week in greenville. We booked a stay with another property affiliated with this company next week. I left some clothes hanging in the closet and called when we got home Jessica said she would get them and put them up til next Thursday on our way back. We checked out early and they were very nice and understanding. The fridge was out they replaced it the very next day. We had brought lunch meat, water, and chips to cut cost they kept it overnight til they replaced fridge.

I like everything

The lady that was making and serving breakfast was extremely kind and friendly. We enjoyed meeting her. The food was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the scrambled eggs were; normally when traveling and staying at other hotels the scrambled eggs look AND taste bad. We were visiting family who live in Yantis, TX, so the hotel location was perfect (only a 15 minute drive to their home.) We had never stayed at your hotel before, but we most definitely will be staying there anytime we travel to see our family in Yantis. Thank you for a very nice hotel experience!

The only compliant we have has nothing really to do with the hotel, rather it was a family with kids in a room nearby ours that made a lot of noise around 9:30-10 p.m. Fortunately, it was short-lived and the parents got them calmed down.

It was located right off the interstate so it was an easy on and off. It has been remodeled according to Lenny who checked us in. It looked like a new property. Lenny also gave us a room in the back away from the noise of the interstate and a few dinner recommendations. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. We were just passing through on our way to San Antonio so we got up early, ate the breakfast provided there and then we were on our way. A wonderful experience!

Not one thing

This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in! This place is absolutely beautiful ! I love the backsplash on the walls in the rooms! The rooms look more like bedrooms instead of hotel rooms!! The breakfast was hot and very delicious and a shot out to the lady that was bringing the food out! I didn’t get her name this morning but she was talkative and friendly! She made breakfast wonderful! She kept bringing out hot sausages and hash browns. She was extremely friendly and she knew I was waiting on hash browns so she personally brought me some to my table when they were ready !! She handled the crowd very well!! She was the absolute best!!

The showers did not have the dove soap dispenser or any kind on the wall ! I love that !! They just had the shampoo and conditioner dispenser on the wall which my husband mistaken for soap lol!! That was funny. ‘

I checked in a bit early, and my room was ready. BIG room! I wish I had the same size bathroom and shower LOL! Super nice. But the best thing? The Pool! Super clean, not over chlorinated, and I was so glad I booked this property for that alone. The AC kept the room nice and chilly, the bed and pillows were Marriott worthy. I actually looked online to see where MORE Clarion Pointe properties were located for daycations. Oh! And some really yummy Mexican restaurants were nearby. Win!

Plenty of selection on the breakfast, I had asked for extra towels and they were there at the door with in 5 minutes.

No pamphlets in room of places to eat or delivery’s that would have been very helpful could have used a small stool to get on bed that is only because I am short so I had a little problem there but I managed.

The lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was clean, beds were neat and also very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean as well. The breakfast was good, and offered plenty of choices.

There were some cracks and small holes in some of the walls in our room. The room we stayed in does need some maintenance but those things didn't bother us.

Great location, very clean, and the staff was excellent!

Everything was great and appreciate the updates that have been made since my last visit. My only suggestion would be small, individual safes in each room.

Pedestal on beds are too tall. I'm 6 foot tall and still had to get on my tip toes to sit on the bed. Why a winter grade comforter on the bed during the summer? It was very hot under it. Food and other debris under the furniture.
