Room was in good shape, clean when I arrived and actually I liked that room cleaning service works on demand, so there is no bothering every morning or thinking about when housekeeper will knock on the door.

I didn't like breakfast. I gave it a shot two mornings after I just didn't even go to check. There is a very few options and those few were not on some level.

Everything was very nice. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was a cooler in the lobby with cold/frozen food and snack items available for purchase throughout the night which is something I haven't seen before and although I didn't buy anything I thought it was nice that late night check-ins could have that option if they wanted something. Overall very nice place.

Only negative is that the room did not have any USB ports so you will need to bring a wall charger.

We had the best welcome at this hotel than any we’ve had on our whole trip. Joel, who was on duty when we arrived, was super helpful and welcoming, friendly and generous. He gave us recommendations for dinner, asked us if we needed anything and gave us complimentary popcorn. Joel was the best! The room was huge and comfortable and the laundry facilities were great. It was a shame we were only here for one night.

We were there 4 nights and only ate breakfast once and it was good, but we had plans with family to meet for breakfast other days. My grandson doesn't eat early so he didn't eat. the day we left it was 5:30 in the morning and my grandson had heartburn, and I asked for a glass of milk. She was so kind and said she would be glad to get it. Staff was also kind and considerate.

Everything was perfect. Every staff member was so polite and welcoming. Some of the staff even took the time to remember my name. It felt like home. Dan was exceptionally nice. My wife works at Disney world in Florida. This hotel gave us better service than a lot of Disney resorts. Breakfast was great every morning and housekeeping was on top of everything. When we left and got on the airplane to come home I met some other people who were returning in March and immediately recommended they stay here. They even let my granddaughter swim in the pool with us because she spent a night at the hotel with us. The two ladies making the breakfast were so nice they walked around talking to everyone. We chose this place because of its location to my daughter’s house. But I never expected this kind of service. Thank you all for your hospitality.

The room was large, and clean. The price was very good. We were right across from the pool which has long hours and we had some grandchildren swim for a few hours during our visit. They were the reason we were visiting.

We did not care for our short day, but some people might care that the rooms are not cleaned every day unless you ask for it.

Booking.com had the hotel as a pet friendly hotel, which is why we booked the room. Also it was very close to where we were going. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that the hotel did not accept pets. However the person at the desk was very kind and cancelled our reservation without out any issues. If we ever come again without pets, we will look again at staying there.

The toilet was plugged when I arrived. When I contacted the front desk, I was handed a plunger. I have never had to unplug myself the toilet in the hotel before!

Normally when I stay in a hotel the "Continental Breakfast" is just coffee and nothing to write home about, but Debbie made it a great time for us! The breakfast room was clean and bright, the food was delicious and my wife and I had a very nice time visiting and waking up to a great day because of our time there!

Omg so clean and beautiful great job house keepers you better get a raise for such a wonderful cleaning job you all do! My room was spectacular. The bed was comfy I do think it needs 2 more pillows but other then that I really enjoyed it and will be back and will for sure recommend this place. The front desk guy was so nice and helpful Thank you Thank you so much Best Western
