The facility is under renovation so everything is practically brand new. The free continental breakfast was excellent! Simple yet satisfying. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, mini pancakes, yogurt, bagels, juice, coffee and some cinnamon rolls that were so good I had to eat 2. I figured that if we had gone to breakfast it would have cost us $20 to $30. We not only got a great deal on the room we saved even more with the complimentary breakfast. There were other rooms available in the area many of them were more expensive and didn't have breakfast included. I will definitely stay here next year when I am at the Davis County Convention Center.

Because it was under renovation, the pool was closed.

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic, and the new renovation looks amazing. It's definitely the best place in layton I've stayed in. Will definitely be back. The shower was busted in the room I had before, but they made it extremely easy for a room change. In no time at all, I was back to relaxing.

The pool was closed for remodel, but someone said that was their final project during renovation, so I really didn't mind.

The room itself is fantastic and the bathroom is very spacious and clean. Overall, I would say this hotel is of high quality.

The place was under construction when I arrived. Nevertheless, they informed me immediately about this right after I made the reservation. I was ok with this. But I did not get a chance to experience the common facility in this place.

Breakfast was ok. But my husband was disappointed that there was no bacon. Room clean and well kept. I could have used handicap bars in restroom but I didn't specify the need so that was my fault.

Our room was extremely clean! You could tell cleaning staff paid attention to the details. The bed was comfortable & so were the pillows! The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!

Staff was in point, and rooms were clean and stocked nicely.

The construction that is going on, and we were looking forward to using the pool, but it was still under construction, and was closed.

Great location with several restaurant options near by, easy freeway access. Good breakfast with the usual options. staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

They had so many breakfast choices, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, muffins, toast, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juice, milk and coffee or tea. Bananas and oranges. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. We were on the first floor past the swimming pool, very quiet and perfect room.

The breakfasts were very good. I liked there was a coffee bar for evening where I could get hot chocolate or tea. Cookies in the afternoon was nice.

The view was the back of another hotel. They are doing renovations so I couldn't use the pool.

Great location

The gym equipment did not work, none of it and the door in the bathroom would not shut.
