The hotel has a little diner type area you can order foods for breakfast and in the evening order a beer. They offer muffins and yogurt etc. easy to eat also.

The parking can be a pain to secure a spot that is for the hotel in the early evening when the bars a block over are hopping. There are many lots behind the hotel that is for the bars and restaurants that are not for overnight parking, this can be frustrating as this hotel seems to require more spots for parking than available at times. Especially if there are many travelers for tournaments and when it’s at full capacity.

Alex is the BEST - he made everything a 5 stars VIP experience and beyond. Staff at front desk was also top notch. The Chef Lady from the restaurant came out to introduce herself and ask if I liked the meal she prepared - so genuinely kind of her to make that effort. Megan from the Starbucks downstairs is always so sweet, and the other girl working there just so full of kindness, that it gave everything a flavor of bright and warm place to be. Thank you for everyone for making an effort - someone noticed and appreciated :)

The location was perfect. We looked at other hotels & rentals and this was the best price for location, cleanliness, great beds, and breakfast! I also loved the fruit-flavored water choices to stay hydrated. The view overlooking downtown was a plus!

The breakfast was basic, it would have been nice to have more drink options and toppings for oatmeal. If there were initial instructions to work the thermostat, that would've been helpful. We were extremely hot in the middle of the night and could not get the temperature right. However, the hotel understood our concerns and addressed them accordingly and promptly.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. nice towels and breakfast was ok but a bit expensive.

would have been nice to know that they are under a renovation. The indoor pool was too cold and the room too hot. we had to sleep with window open and it’s a noisy area. we asked the front desk to have it checked but no one came to fix it.

Spacious room with comfy big bed, sofa, fridge and turnable TV, windows could be opened a bit to let fresh air in, mountain view (6 floor), quiet, proper, huge walk-in shower!!!, good hairdryer, sanitizer available at lifts and in public spaces, additional bin for recyclables in the room and fresh towels at choice - environment-friendly efforts, desk with comfortable office chair, good wifi, many power outlets

Friendly staff, very clean. Nice location. Large rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Huge walk-in shower.

Great location

We needed extra pillows for the pull out sofa bed but no one was available to get us any. If you have an extra bed in the room you should provide extra pillows.

The air conditioner wasn’t working only air blown from the fan. Fortunately it wasn’t hot summer but sleeping was warmer than I would have liked.

It was very clean and COVID-conscious. Your staff at the front desk is beyond amazing. Amanda, Haley, and all the others.

The room was COLD. Even with my temperature at 85. It only heated up a little when I turned the temperature to 90. The Starbucks downstairs was clean - but that's all it was. The older lady was short, curt and almost rude in her manner. She left NO ROOM in the coffee for cream and sugar. And the snack/food choices were almost non-existent and she was unapologetic about it. I even asked my colleagues about how she treated them and if she doesn't like brown people. The younger girl was very nice though. There should be an additional restaurant choice in the hotel. The Starbucks there is not cutting it.
