We loved that there was a pool as well as a laundry room! There was also a pullout couch in the room for my son to sleep on. We sometimes have a hard time finding hotels that accommodate what we need. This way, I didn't have to share a bed with my daughter. This was perfect!

I didn't like that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove the steam. I also didn't like that the laundry soap wasn't in the laundry room. I had to ask for it at the front desk. It's just a lot of extra walking after a long day. It's definitely not a deal breaker, though.

For a huge facility the place was nearly immaculate. Staff exceeded my expectations by upgrading me - at no extra cost, and I didn't ask - to their best suite, knowing I was a light sleeper, when they realized a teen party would be close to the original room they had chosen. Very nice (Kim & Krystal) staff. The breakfast buffet was also spot on - you won't go hungry there!

The front room TV didn't work, but the other TV in my bedroom, did. No big deal when your room has a scenic mountain view (!) They should probably have more than 3 luggage carts for such an enormous hotel; but again, not a big deal.

Everything was great. Happy hour was amazing. After a long day of driving the chips, salsa, & drink hit the proverbial spot!! The restaurant was very convenient & had good food! Did I mention the salsa? Its great! Room was large & clean, beds were comfy. A/C worked great! We had car trouble and had to put it in the shop there in Ogden, the hotel was very accommodating with a late check out. Breakfast was good as well!

The facility was very clean and the night clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was also very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable.

The only thing we did not like was the woman at the front desk the following morning at check out. She was rude and condescending and made us feel like we were wasting her time. She did however look up directions for us but at the same time kept making faces like it annoyed her

Everyone was friendly, patient, and helpful. The room was clean and daily housekeeping appreciated. There was a "surprise" managers "happy hour" Monday through Thursday. The location while not adjacent to anything was an easy drive to downtown Ogden, shopping, ski areas, and restaurants. We enjoyed our one dinner in the hotel adjacent "Cactus Reds".

Complementary Tea and Coffee. I love the restaurant connected to the hotel. Had the best bowl of soup and the service was exceptional!. Also enjoyed the large grounds and grass area for my little dog.

We've been on a road trip and stayed prior at Hiltons. I had alot I didn't like about Hiltons I don't have anything I was unsatisfied with here. Much more our style and price.

King bed room was very clean. Probably the cleanest room for this hotel class I've had in a very long time! Hotel was quiet even though it's close to the freeway. Breakfast was great too - and it's included. Would stay here again as I think it's a good value! Front desk helpful.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was down the hall all guests took to get to the restaurant so there were multiple guests talking loudly outside the door in the evening and early morning wake-up with screaming children going to breakfast. No fault of the staff, just guests not thinking of people behind the doors they are walking past.

Breakfast was hood however bacon and sausage tasted fake. Too greasy and too salty. Potatoes that my boyfriend ate were too salty from what he said. Other than that other food was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have the couch that turned into a third bed for my son. The room was clean and the shower worked great!

The breakfast wasn’t great but it was free and we were able to eat quickly and get on our way.
