We were in town for a family get together and birthday. The location was close to family and was easy to get to off I15. We were even able to bake a birthday cake in our room which was amazing. Having a room with kitchen was exactly what we needed.

The breakfast was okay, We actually ate breakfast at Cracker Barrel one morning as it is only a couple minutes walk. Also could have used an indoor pool. Would think with your location near ski areas that would be the case. However there were more positives than negatives.

It was a cozy room. And everything was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious

The night shift worker. I felt like we irritated her because my sibling forgot to activate her new card. Her voice and her actions said it all. The man behind us got her super nice attitude. Then when we got all of situated she says in a irritated voice, "now I have to everything put back in". Ugh!! If you're unhappy in your job don't work there.

It was nice for each of my teens to have their own space. Great location, close to my different choices of resterants. Close to stores if you need to pick up groceries or do other shopping. Close to the freeway enterance and 17 min to Lagoon. Very clean and comfortable. The gal at check-in was very nice and informative.

Our unit must have been having a/c problems. It had an upright room unit that worked great, but if you shut the bedroom doors, it was not able to circulate the cool air to bedrooms.

Very trustworthy. I forgot an envelope that had money inside. Remember the envelope after 2 days and when I called the hotel, they told me they had it. I was sooo happy. Thanks to the trustworthy staff at Towneplace suites salt lake city Layton.

Breakfast ends at 9am which I find early for someone who is on leisure trip

I liked the location. I also appreciated that is seemed pretty clean.

My only recommendation would be to put in taller toilets and either new shower heads or soak the shower heads to get the hard water/scale off.

The suite was comfortable and conveniently located for the things we needed to do in the area

There were some maintenance issues with the room. The lock on the front door of the room often malfunctioned making it difficult to enter the room and close the door. The carpet in the room had an unusual odor. The drain in the shower was partially clogged.

Very nice room with all the needed facilities. Great breakfast: you get scrambled eggs and pork pancakes..

The room had an unfunctional flushing toilet. We had to open the lid of the toilet and fix it ourselves.
