The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. Set up very well. Rooms were very clean,and the beds were so comfortable.. Location had walking access to everything. Hampton Inn has earned 5 stars!

Parking was the only drawback. The hotel gives passes, so customers staying get free parking . However, where you park isn't so great. There isn't any entry from the parking garage into the hotel. You have to walk around to the entry of the hotel.

I wanted to share that the receptionist was incredible. She had such a great hospital personality. I do not remember her name, but she just had a grandbaby and was wearing a walking boot. She Was stressed and very busy but handled it very well.

I didn’t love that. It was right in a city parking was hard. We had a transit van that didn’t fit in the garage. I didn’t know there was no pool or hot tub. I understand this is a city location. And the town was beautiful.

Toiletries good. Cold bath floor-nice if had a rug & not just towel mat. Kitchenette nice, but could have used at least plastic ware available.

Breakfast did not meet expectations. Bananas were very overripe. No other fruit & no yogurt. Hours of 6-10a or 7-10a would have been better for us. No pastries-just bagels, biscuits (the best part), & bread. Did have waffles (which we don't eat) & cereal-ok. Loading/unloading area odd (loading zone). Very slushy at ck-out; I had to step in slush ankle deep to get in car. Parking VERY inconvenient, but explained well. Cosmetic damage in bath, room curtains didn't close easily.

There isn't a parking lot connected to the hotel itself. You have to park in the parking garage around the corner. Ogden can be a little sketchy sometimes, so I didn't like that I had to walk back and forth to the parking garage, alone, in the dark, to get to my car. Also, the food at breakfast wasn't great. The potatoes were overcooked and mushy, the eggs were clearly mixed with powdered eggs. The street noise at night was very loud in our room. There were sirens, reving engines, and loud voicing flowing in the room all night.

Only one small complaint is that the blackout curtains didn’t close all the way, so there was a gap no matter what I did to try to get them closed and that’s just mildly aggravating.

The fact that after I had already booked the room, that's when I was told about parking. I probably would've still booked the room. But it was a surprise that you had to park a block away. It wasn't posted on the main page.

Great breakfast; loved eggs with NO cheese!

Lo cation downtown is really not what we wanted and were dismayed to find out we were AND it seemed that all the college kids from the entire state where everywhere, police activity, etc...prefer outer parts of town and will be more careful when booking next time.

Staff at check in and the following morning at check out. The breakfast was well appointed. The staff at breakfast was helpful and kind. Loved the room.

The bed, but just my personal preference. I'm sure most people find it totally fine.

Great location. The gal who checked me in was very professional, friendly and kind. The beds were lovely. Perfectly between soft and hard.

No complaints

The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect for our trip. There are lots of shops and restaurants near by and we loved walking around downtown. Breakfast had a big variety of items and everything was pretty tasty.

The paint was peeling in places in our bathroom, but it’s an old building so some things can be understandable.
