Convenient location to lagoon plus quiet and felt safe

If I had to pick something I would say breakfast choices. The pas two years we stayed at Hyatt and there was no comparison. I would normally say eat it and be quiet but when rates go higher expect a little more The other thing was actual booking when I went to book at specific rate in January it was must pay now so had to wait a little while to book but prices went up and then didn’t have to pay in advance. Called 6-7 weeks ago and said go ahead and charge room but said they couldn’t. Just confusing

Very clean and welcoming. Loved the location! The views were nice and close to many restaurants and stores. The staff was super helpful and friendly; especially Lisa at the front desk. She went above and beyond for us. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The sheets and towels smelled like they had just come out of the dryer. The only con we had, was having the room next to the stairwell at the 3nd of the hallway. We could hear people going up/down the stairs all night. Definitely would stay here again.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Location close to connecting roads for Antelope Island, Airport or I15 very good. Large open mall nearby for shopping including a big grocery store. Breakfast was included in the price despite no notification of this on booking.com. standard offer, but sufficient. Staff allowed me to stay on premises after checkout so I could delay getting to the airport too early.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of options and employees were fantastic! Desk staff was also extraordinary--friendly and helpful Beds were very comfortable.

door to room was difficult to open; all doors made loud noises when opened/closed--closet was the loudest; difficult to get to bedside plug ins (it was behind the furniture--there were a couple of USB in the clock but needed to plug into a socket)

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. My grandchildren loved the pool. We had a very enjoyable visit. Loved that you had a shuttle to Lagoon, and it was easy to get a return shuttle. The wait for the return shuttle was short. The breakfast was good and dining area was large.

The location the Lagoon and the shuttle was amazing. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning.

The air conditioner in room 204 smelled of mold and mildew. The first night we stayed there, we couldn’t turn it on it smelled so bad. Maintenance came in the next day and cleaned it. It was much better but needs some more work.

We were in town for a funeral and the front desk could not have been anymore helpful. Their cheery attitude and true desire to be sure we had everything we needed made our trip so much better.

Everything was absolutely awesome. Amazing customer service and the staff seems truly sincere in their efforts to be sure our stay was nice.

Closeness to the Lagoon amusement park and the continental breakfast.

Inside the hotel room the towel bar kept c coming off due to a bad tie into the sheet rock, and I told the maid to have maintenance people look at it but they never fixed it.

Exceptional customer service! The beds were super comfortable! The room was very clean. We loved everything about this place. We booked the room at a special rate and were delighted by our luck. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff. Breakfast was really great, and the little extras here and there really made our stay memorable.

Excellent service from all staff we came across. Nice large rooms with plenty of space. Decent sized bathroom. Free parking. We had a toilet issue and staff did what they could to fix and also offered a room swap.

Rooms are not soundproof! Not enjoyable the night 3 schools booked in for a dance comp and made heaps of noise up to midnight and then from 5am.
