We liked the convenience of the location and the size of our room help to make our stay comfortable. We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center just 15 min. Away . Walmart and Target were just up the road. Maybe 10 min drive plenty of things to see nearby and places to eat. The hotel breakfast was convenient for all of us and changed every day, so different options were nice. The pool was small and indoors but great for the kids on this trip. The young lady at the front desk sure wished I could remember her name. She was so sweet and bubbly anything we asked she just did it or helped to make it happen with a SMILE ! It was so nice if she lived in my state. I take her to my business, lol. Enjoy your trip we did !

This hotel room is great for a family getting ready for an event or wedding. The room is very large with two queen beds. There are four mirrors--two of the them are the mirrored double doors on the large closet. There are many plugs, and four lights (not counting the bathroom lighting.) There is a little charging station on the bed side table. The shower head is exceptional. Although the hotel is near the freeway, most of the rooms are not close. Ours was about in the middle, and it was very quiet. We felt safe, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. El Matador restaurant was excellent.

Breakfast: I'm plant based, and usually there is more for me to eat at hotels than at Best Western CottonTree.

The online menu offered extra requests. The person at the desk, had no idea about our requests, but did find a crib for us. We arrived late at 10 as we predicted and asked for a late check out 12:30. The front desk person said just ask in the morning. The morning person said they could give us 45 min but would have to charge us for a half day if we stayed past 11:45. You should not offer requests if you are going to treat people like they are trying to steal from you! 😥

Good, spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly receptionist who helped us with our luggage and offered advice about the city. One room smelled of cigarette smoke but the receptionist quickly offered us another (we declined, as it wasn't that bad and we prefered keeping the room, so we had two rooms next to each other). Good location when arriving by car.

Breakfast was okay but pretty standard - comparable to the 2 star hotels/inns we previously stayed at,

This is our 4th time staying here. It is comfortable, relaxing, has a jetted tub and quite for being right off the high way. It is close to shopping centers, easy access to the freeway and the bed is comfortable!

Upon taking a bath I found some hair that had not been cleaned up as well as a partially dirty towel and our AC unit wasn’t working.

The room was larger than I expected and had an additional space with a couch for lounging and relaxing. Nice facilitates and you can't beat the location at the north end of town. Across the street is a fun bakery too.

The breakfast was your standard type of breakfast: breads, cereal, fruit, round egg & sausage. Would have been nice to have other healthy options at the breakfast bar, like some veggies: carrots, cucumbers or something besides fruit and possibly a little hummus cup for dipping the veggies.

I did not receive the room advertised and booked on booking.com. I was downgraded. Booked a delux king with spa tub. Received a standard king. Hotel staff said room I booked did not exist at their hotel. Pictures on booking.com were not their property. I prepaid for room so staff could not help.

The location was central to my actual destination, which was Bountiful. I was there for my father's funeral, and when the front desk heard that, they updated my payment to a medical/funeral status to lower the cost The breakfast bar was great! Lots of choices and they even let me take something to my room for my husband who was sick from altitude sickness due to our drive. The room was clean, the beds were big and comfy and the TV actually worked well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The air conditioner in the room didn't seem to really get as cold as we would have liked. And they didn't tell me about the $75 deposit before we arrived.

Excellent breakfast, especially the lemon creme danish. Comfortable bed. Easily adjustable room temperature. Plenty of charging outlets. Plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful breakfast staff. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and freeway. Quiet. Good closet space.

Vending machine did not stock bottled water, and would not dispense soda without a hard bang on the front. Tiny shampoo bottle seemed to be empty, but the conditioner was fine.

I enjoyed everything about the property. It was in a great location with literally everything you need close by. The staff was amazing.

Unfortunately, I did not like the fact that we did not have any hot water due to the water heater going out. But other than that, everything was great.
