Rooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful and polite (except night front desk person Brandon), location was good

All other hotels on our trip had some form of complimentary breakfast. My booking paperwork stated that we would receive a breakfast for $10.00 which was interpreted by the manager as $10.00 off of the total bill of extremely inflated pricing. We ended up getting a pastry and a drink for around $12.00 which cost me $2.00 after my discount of $10.00 and then got breakfast somewhere else for a lot less money even with that discount. The people running that food service had no idea what they were doing regarding the discount or regarding serving food , although they were very polite.

The location was everything l needed, across the street from the Delta center, 5 mjn walk to the Gateway and 15 min walk to City Center Mall

I did find a huge bug in the bathroom, l think it's called an invasive " stinkbug", l just flushed it, didn't complain to management as l only saw the 1.

I love this hotel and its proximity to things we like to do in downtown SLC! The staff are always wonderful, and the hotel is very clean. It's a breeze to use the parking garage and be back in the lobby in no time. It has a great layout!

Our room on this particular stay was on the Southwestern end of the hotel, and our view was some kind of power substation. It looked like something from the exterior of a super max prison whenever we looked out the window. There was also some excessively loud drilling happening at street level on our end of the hotel bright and early. These are both things that nothing can really be done about, but I felt the rate seemed high for such a terrible view, and the drilling was disruptive.

Clean and convenient!

Amazing close to everything we need. So clean and the beds were super comfortable. And the PILLOWS! We have stayed a few places and usually the pillows suck but these pillows were amazing! I hate going g on vacation and having horrible pillows that cause headaches or you don’t sleep well and that was definitely not the case here. Very satisfied!

The lobby was beautiful. The whole building smelled so fresh they must pump a fragrance through the whole hotel, like Disneyland does. Our room was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful and looked new which was very nice.

The price was a little high, especially for a week night. However, it is in a very good location for the event we were attending so it made it not so annoying to pay that much for one night.

Hotel was very flexible with our reservation. We were allowed to cut our trip short. It was located really close to children’s museum and planetarium. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. Close to trolly in chase you need to travel further.

Breakfast was kind of expensive for a motel and maybe I'm used to breakfast being included. I loved it was across the street from the Delta Center. My daughter was able to walk over and back safe by herself.

The rooms are huge, clean, quite and so comfortable! It's in a nice location with plenty of food options close. Friendly staff and priced perfectly! Will definitely be back!

Nothing! Great place to stay!

The bed was crazy comfortable 😀 & it was supper clean & smelled great. The location was perfect.

They should have the parking connected to the building , since it rains & snows a lot & most of the time its cold.

Location is across the street from the Delta Center, which was perfect since we were attending a concert there during our stay.

The AC unit in our room didn’t seem to work properly. It was a little hard to sleep because it felt too warm in our room.
