Exceptional hotel. Clean and very well furnished. The room was incredible and the view over the city and hills was spectacular. The bed was the comfiest I have ever stayed in. I was going to pop out for a late supper but literally fell asleep in my clothes after laying on the bed for 5 mins. Superb, superb hotel. I’m not sure I’ll ever be back to SLC, but if I am then I’ll definitely return (though I’ll take my passport wherever I decide to go for alcohol!).

The guy surging at the hotel bar was a little snotty. Refused to serve me without 2 forms of ID. I think there is a state law requiring this, but surely my craggy features and drivers license should have been enough?

Couldn't have gone much better. The staff is excellent and performs at top level. The room was spacious, clean, and house keeping thorough. In room dining was excellent: the food arrived fast and was delicious restaurant quality. The location of the hotel is perfect and allows to explore Saltlake City and adjacent areas on foot or by car (close to I-15 and I-80)

The fridge in the room is cute, but a tad small, esp. when you got leftovers or other stuff that requires cooling. The in-room dining was delicious, but please please please deliver that with proper silver ware instead of dollar store plastic. It really does not go together with the effort thatl the Chef and his crew put in.

The hotel location is great and easy to access. The staff make this place amazing, welcoming, and relaxing. Valet parking staff excelled at their job. The room itself was clean and beautiful. No one will regret staying here. I do recommend this location.

I was charged the full amount and assured that it would be refunded to the amount that I was told I would pay when booking. So far, this has not happened. Some upkeep needs to be performed, such as wallpaper bubbling above the window area, scratched baseboards in the bathroom, and chipped/peeled paint by the shower. I only mention the maintenance because the price per room is higher, so expectations are higher.

This is my favorite hotel in slc ut. The service is exceptional, and the hotel rooms are always clean. We also enjoyed the warm pool every day we were there. Parking is an extra cost, but there are typically plenty of spaces and a covered parking area. If you don't drive a car, the light rail and bus system runs in front of this hotel. The diner is classic, and we have been going there for over 30 years. Homemade jam and the best marbled rye and sourdough bread in town. Room service is available and always nice to have if you don't feel the need to leave your room. Housekeeping was kind enough to bring us extra coffee. Otherwise, we didn't use housekeeping daily. Even the courtside rooms are nice. We splurged for a tower room, and it was facing east. The room had two small balconies and the views of the mountains and city were so nice

The location was great since my conference was across the street at a neighboring hotel. The price difference between the hotels was helpful for my budget. The room was quite spacious and very clean. There was a microwave, mini fridge and safe. There was a great deal of closet space and hangers. The sitting areas in the room gave us chairs at the table or in a comfortable chair with an ottoman. The room was kept warm due to the cold weather outside. The temperature was stable the entire visit. The large shower had great water pressure and the temperature was easily controlled. Loved the double sinks. Except the hot faucet with the left sink.did not work well. The parking lot Gates controlled with our room key, gave us a good sense of security on the property. The brunch buffet was very good with lots of choices. I did not like the overnight oats. I was really wanting hot oatmeal or even grits would have been better. The cinnamon rolls, croissants and the fresh fruit was delicious Overall, our stay at the hotel was wondetful! I would consider staying at other Little America properties!

I did not like that the hot faucet with the left sink, which did not work well. It did not heat up even when fully on. The hair dryer did not work well also. You could not use the high setting on the dryer. The retractable cord did not retract after I used it. The beds were soft and drooping on the side where people get out of bed. The bed sank on this side vs. towards the middle of the bed. Consider turning the mattresses occasionally to even out the wear and use of the mattress.

This hotel is a rare time capsule from a time when hospitality was comfortable and personal. The staff are great- everyone is helpful and knowledgeable about the facilities and accommodations. We love staying at the little America because it’s a complete experience. We love to eat at the buffet and the coffee shop, as well as poolside delivery and room service. There are two great pools to spend the day at, as well as several lounge areas to play cards or read. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is well maintained.

Good location. Loved the underground parking. The restaurant was lovely. Our room was great.

We went to the pool in the evening to cool off. We had some carryout food with us and were eating it at a table. Half way through the meal we were told to leave. You could only eat hotel food at the pool! We watched others being told to leave too. A family with a pizza, some others with drinks. That’s all the staff cared about. It was ridiculous. A truly lovely evening was ruined.

The rooms are always well appointed with good space and facilities. Consistency is delivered in spades and it is an oasis. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

When checking in I asked to be allocated a room close to the parking as I had a large volume of luggage that I needed sorting. I was hoping for a garden room as those parking spots are right outside. The receptionist said she would sort it out and understood the need. I was allocated a rood in one of the building (Lovely room). The distance from the very limited parking to the room was laughable, as in excessive and it was not of any help at all which left me angry and wondering why i asked in the first place. Parking is also a major problem. There were many cars and a person was lucky to secure a spot. Lucky H Buffet breakfast is not worth the $. Will probably skip that next time.

The perfect hotel for families! The reception is always wonderful and very accommodating. The room was spotless and comfortable. The kids loved the pool! We were staying at the hotel to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Somehow the receptionist caught that - and when we returned to the room from swimming there was a darling stuffed animal and sweet birthday note waiting for her. It absolutely MADE her day. And ours!! Who does that anymore?! It was incredibly thoughtful. Staying there every December is a tradition we'll continue forever!!

Not a thing I disliked about little America On the other hand. Booking.com had messed up the booking pretty bad. We almost didn’t get the room due them not able to find us but luckily the staff was godly and fixed booking.coms problem and to top it off by adding a fee it was my first time using third party services for hotels I do not recommend especially due to the 50$ convenience fee where I can do the same without it
