The room was great! It was very clean and comfortable to roam around and sit and relax in the lobby area. The pool was fun and the hot tub was nice. They give you delicious warm cookies when you check in! I liked that they had room service available.

And there was nothing about the actual property itself that I disliked. The only thing I disliked was one of the staff members and how they treated me and made myself and my daughter feel a little uneasy for the rest of our stay.

Pool was very small Disabled sister cut foot on metal tubing right outside hot tub (VERY dangerous) needs to be covered or cut out Used key cards once, went to pool and came back and it didn’t work Parking was something like $12-$22 (can’t remember exact price) I thought it was pretty ridiculous and $184 for a room for ONE night already seemed pretty expensive, and ended up having to pay $200

I loved the lay out of our room and how close it was to restaurants and walking distance to the center of town

The restaurant was understaffed however the manager killed it. He worked all jobs to make the customers happy. He was honest about the wait times and NEVER ever was rude or short with the customers.

Liked the "living room" & facilties. Breakfast buffet was good too.

When we arrived after a long day of traveling across the country, we arrived late into the evening (after 10 pm) & the girl running the desk was on the phone and didn't get off for about 10 minutes. Had to stand there & wait for her to finish her call. Thought that was a bit rude.

Good breakfast and they also sell Starbucks directly in the hotel. The location was great; right in the centre of the city! Polite staff, big, wide, spacious rooms and a great overall hotel atmosphere (especially the spacious lobby). Complimentary chocolate chip cookies provided upon both check-in and check-out.

The bottles of water in the room could have been complimentary and not an extra $3.

Truly a wonderful hotel experience! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city near all the best attractions. The property itself looked brand new after recent renovations, with a good-looking lobby; room was incredibly spacious with a fabulous view. It had all the amenities you could want like a plush king bed, large TV, minibar, water, microwave oven etc. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating too. And having convenient parking onsite made things stress-free after a long drive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! I had such a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Wifi could be better (bad signal from the room), but in general I think this can be solved with the premium Wifi package

I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. They actually had a couch that was big enough for the family to watch tv and relax. The rooms were clean and they had big shampoos and conditioners instead of the small ones that only wash 1 persons hair. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. They also had a lot of lounge/ places to relax and hang out. We were very pleased with our stay.

It seemed like the chemicals in the hot tub were measured incorrectly. The fumes made it difficult to breathe and the water was irritating to the skin. It would amazing if there was an included breakfast! I would also have liked pillow options, they were comfy, but not the style of pillow I like (foam)

Beautiful corner room, 731, with great view of mountains, spacious living room and bedroom, good layout. Comfortable furnishings, very clean. All appliances worked well, air conditioning worked well. A very nice room. Loved that we had a window from the living room with view of mountains. Noticed other rooms had window facing indoors. Great hotel amenities with a very nice gym. Loved the added safety featurr of having to scan key card to use the elevator to go up to floors.

Bar sink had loose faucet that needed to be fixed.

This was a very nice and clean hotel set in downtown Salt Lake City. The rooms are arranged around a large atrium which makes everything feel open and much bigger. We had a suite room on an upper floor with a great view over the city. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and spacious. We were able to park our rental car in the hotel parking garage for a nominal fee.

Breakfast was not included in our booking. But the in-house restaurant did serve a breakfast at a price.
