I was in Salt Lake City for a conference and stayed at this hotel for a total of five nights. It was significantly cheaper than the hotels very close to the conference centre. I also needed a parking space for my car. What can I say, I was very positively impressed from the first moment. I had asked in advance for a quiet room and my wish was absolutely fulfilled. During my entire stay, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Even after I left, when I needed a few documents, they were extremely helpful. It's rare to experience such attentive service. Otherwise, the standard of the hotel was absolutely fine for my stay. I will certainly stay here again when I come to the city. Thank you!

Staff were amazing and so helpful. We loved getting to meet Aaron, who picked us up from the airport and gave us an insight into Salt Lake City. He let us know that High School Musical was filmed in a school close by! My wife was sooo happy as loves the movies, we visited and was even able to get into the school for photos. The hotel even arranged a station transfer for us 2am when we got the Amtrak for the next part of our journey. Rooms were massive with a great TV selection. We even had a microwave and fridge, which was a nice touch as taking away from meals can be difficult when on holiday. Next to a lovely Mexican restaurant and the pool and in hotel store had loads of options.

Not much really, ticked all the boxes for us and our needs. We wanted to stay longer as was nice and comfy. 😀💙

Staff was great, breakfast was also great. No standing in line for a waffle machine — plenty of hot and other food options every day. Located close to anything you'd want to do downtown, and easy access to get to anything else in the greater SLC area.

I called to confirm details of a "Family Queen" room because Booking.com said it had two full beds and one sofa bed, but the Crystal Inn website said it had two queens and a sofa bed. The hotel rep said the room has queen beds. They were not, they were full beds. Everything else about the stay was fine to great, but that detail was important.

Breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. Hot and cold. The Hotel itself was central to all of the attractions we visited. I don't think we drove more than 15 minutes in a radius to all the attractions and events. Close to plenty of restaurants. Plenty of parking close to the entrance. The room was spacious, microwave oven, refrigerator and 2 queen beds. All very clean. However, we did not have hot water for the entire stay there as apparently one of the water heaters was broken. But, all in all, a very good experience.

I know it's not really fixable but the bed was very very uncomfortable. We stayed in a king room that felt like it was an afterthought. The tv was about 8 feet to the right of the bed. So the setup was weird. Also probably unavoidable is the amount of homeless people roaming out side of the building. There was a man sleeping in a cove of the old Dennys with his dog barking outside our window all night long. It's right next to mc Donald's but it feels unsafe to even try to walk over there.

We stayed at the Crystal Inn for 3 nights. Breakfast: Very good variety of food with sausages, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal and a variety of tasty fruits. Room: We stayed in room 453 with two double beds. Room was very clean and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Location: It's a 10-minute ride from the airport and walking distance to the convention center. Staff: Check-in was very easy. My wife had arrived the day before and they had no problems checking her in. They were very communicative via email. When we arrived at the airport we called in the hotel and the shuttle was there within 10 minutes. The breakfast staff worked very hard to make sure the food trays were always replaced and the tables were cleaned. I would definitely stay here again!

The motel was great. It was very clean, rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good. It had just about everything you could think of to eat. My family wants to stay there again just for the breakfast! The only bad thing was the stinking alarm went off when we were asleep and stayed on so we all had to exit the motel in our jammies. It was inconvenient but luckily the weather was good and they cleared up the issue in a hurry.

Smoke alarm went off for 20 minutes. I know that's a good thing. We were all just asleep!

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, but some of the buildings around seemed rundown definitely felt like I had to take my luggage on the car to be safe. The hot tub and steam room were fantastic. It’s actually why we booked again, In addition to comfy bed for nice people. It’s not a luxury hotel but I had everything we needed and the breakfast was good too. Our experience was great. I don’t usually get in hot tubs cause I think they’re gross and dirty, but I gotta miss him because it seems so clean.

The drains in our room didn’t drain well. And there was no air-conditioning in the hallways of the fourth floor.

The staff was really nice, helpful, and smiling. Rooms were clean, houskeeping was provided every third day. Pool and gym at the hotel.

I have to point out how much plastic dishes is used every single day in the hotel duirng the breakfast. Only big plates was not plastic. The hotel is not ecological at all. The breakfast was average not really good choice, not any vegetables or cheese and ham. We were staying 8 nights in the hotel after that I didnt know what to eat..

The location is good. Breakfast is good.

We had problems with room cleaning issues. When we checked in we were not told room cleaning had to be requested. We requested room cleaning the second day but was told it was too late so we requested cleaning for the following 2 days but was not put on the cleaning list. We had to request cleaning through the front desk for each of the remaining day.
