Suite was really large and well-appointed, full kitchen, lots of room, separate sleeping room. Great value. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Parking was secure and cool, though they do charge extra for it, which I did not realize when I made the booking. But most importantly, my daughter left her iPad in the room when we checked out and the staff made sure to save it for us to pick up a few days later.

The room rate was really reasonable, but I didn't;t appreciate getting nickel-and-dimed with extra charges for high-speed internet. The free internet was not really fast enough to stream video. Also a lot of us bring laptops and plug in HDMI to the TV in hotels -- it would be nice if those hookups were easier. The parking garage was broken so the automatic gate didn't work and it caused us a delay leaving the property on short notice. Ran out of bagels at breakfast. and never replenished them

I loved the suit I was in. Plenty of space and storage. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was some of the best I've had as far as free hotel breakfasts go. Room featured a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and stove with all kinds of utensils. A/C was more than adequate as I was there during some of the hottest days of.the year. Overall would highly recommend.

The staff at the front desk when I checked in seemed a little detached. Granted, I'm sure it gets old having the same conversations over and over with guests, but there was no light in their eyes. Also, the bathroom of my suit had an ant infestation. Understandable given the time of year, but a little disappointing. .

Property is beautiful, and breakfast was good. We liked the suite and reheated and prepared some food for the rest of our trip. Bed was comfortable, we had a 2 suite with a sep bedroom.

Parking was in the garage, and it is another $20/ night. I would not park on the street, as it’s not in the best location. As we went in and out of the garage , the garage gate stopped working on the weekend, and fortunately, we had the front desk phone# handy so we called and we backed down the ramp, and then went out the “entrance” side. This happened a few times. The hotel does not own the garage. The pool looked nice from the 3rd floor roof, though we did not use it. My suggestion for breakfast, is to move the dishes away from underneath the hot foods, as one cannot get a plate because people are lined up in all directions to get hot foot. Breakfast was good though and they were attentive at keeping things filled.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciate the small kitchenette, which was set up quite nicely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, taking the time to answer our questions and make helpful suggestions around where we could get food. We were also very happy with the location. It was across from Pioneer Park and we were easily able to walk to the farmer's market (which was excellent). It was also close enough for us to walk to Temple Square. We also paid for parking in the garage, which was easy to access and get in and out of.

Nothing. It was what we expected of the space.

The mini apartment suites were a good choice for our extended stay in Salt Lake City. They were spacious—with a full kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, and a separate bedroom—and had everything we needed. The onsite laundry was also a convenient bonus.

The pool area could use some improvement—it wasn’t particularly appealing to me and would benefit from being cleaner, tidier, and more thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom could also use a bit of attention, such as replacing the shower curtain and giving it a thorough scrubbing.

The double queen room was amazingly spacious. It was like a tiny apartment. The two beds were in their own room with blackout shades and a TV, then the living room has a couch with a pull-out bed and TV, the bathroom had a private room for the toilet and shower so the sinks could be used by others, and there was a separate space with a kitchen that included a full size fridge and dishwasher, two burners, sink, table and chairs, along with all the essential cooking and kitchen utensils. The outdoor pool on the rooftop of the third floor was a nice bonus! The free breakfast includes a variety of options sure to please everyone. You can park for free outside of the establishment at your own risk or pay a maximum of $10 per 24 hours to park in the secure parking garage. The establishment was very well secured; you use your key card to gain access to the entry and to utilize the elevators. Security guards were on staff at night, although there was never any incident. There are homeless people nearby, but they don't seem to be of any bother. The staff were always friendly and helpful!

I had hoped the smaller pool was in working condition. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again! Very pleased.

The room was amazing for the price. Great design with full size kitchen Great bed. AC worked great. Right on/off the freeway. A block from The Gateway.

- Low to the ground toilets. (If you're a large person beware.) - I get why they need card swipers in the elevator - but there's got to be a better way than having to use your room card every time; with the reader only picking up the card a 1/3 of the time. Old school keys would be less annoying. We walked everywhere and none of the homeless bothered us; but after walking around the rest of SLC, you realize just a block down the homeless stop. The place somehow got stuck in the middle of where the city allows them all to congregate. It's unfortunate because it really is a great place to stay, as to what they offer. This isn't their fault by any measure - but I'd probably pick someplace else to stay next time I visit. They should sue the city.

The room was quite spacious, I could work a few days remotely since it has a separate working table. The chair was quite comfortable too. Breakfast doesn't have so much variety if you come from Europe. I had to avoid a lot of sugary options. The hotel is quite clean in general. The location is pretty good, there are some homeless people in the area around it, however, it wasn't a big deal.

It would be better if breakfast had more protein-based food, however, I figured that's probably just a wish in the US 🇺🇸

Breakfast at Homewood Suites was great and the choice of breakfast selections varied everyday making it more refreshing. The rooms were spacious, very clean and were well stocked in toiletries. It was nice to have a kitchenette that had a full size refrigerator, stove top burners and a microwave. The kitchen was even stocked with several kitchen amenities. Free parking/street parking was a bonus or you could choose to park on-site for $10 a day. There were no issues with the free parking, in fact the car did not move during the three days we were there. The staff was helpful and the check in/ checkout was seamless. Overall, the stay at Homewood Suites was great. The location was perfect for staying downtown and a better price. We will definitely stay here again!

The only negative and it’s no reflection on the hotel, we’re the loud rude guest above us on the 6th floor who must have been running laps at 2:30am.

The rooms are big. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good. Good facilities but poor maintenance.

There are some homeless people in the park nearby, but it is not the hotel fault. The thing I didn't like was the pool. The chairs were broken and the towels were missing. I think this is inadequate for a hotel like this. Also, we had to ask for the wifi password.
