The building is beautiful! Rooms clean and bed was comfortable. Location was very close to many restaurants. Would have enjoyed the location more if we were not there for hospital visits and had time to enjoy.

Our room was very small. Barely big enough for the bed. For the price ....was not worth it. Had to pay an extra $25 a night just to park our car. $200 night should have covered parking, especially seeing the size of our room.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had. Stylish historic building. Walking distance from many restaurants and things to do downtown.

Rooms are pretty small - we had a king size bed and it took up practically the whole room. Hotel does not provide parking, had to pay $25/day from a public lot. We had no issues parking there, just would have liked to know that in advance and including as an FYI to other guests.

Very well kept older property. Clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Nice coffee machine, nice towels in bathroom.

Having to pay extra $25 for parking. After paying almost $200/night, seems that parking should be included. Also, we were charged $25 extra for incidental's when we checked in & now have to wait for that to be refunded.

The room was small. The AC was horrible, it was so loud it sounded like a truck was idling. There was no cleaning service unless you requested it, so the towels weren’t changed. You have to ask for more coffee pods. There is no parking available, there is street parking, however if you park overnight you have to get up in the morning and move the car or feed the meter. It’s not ideal!

Was disappointed that the bar/restaurant attached had such poor reviews. We had towels that had lipstick or some type of makeup on them, but otherwise the room was good. We did not have hot water to begin with, but maintenance fixed this. A little bit disheartening to have to search so hard for parking, but understand this is downtown SLC.

There was no breakfast offered and that was ok. Loved the place but the shower door was improperly aligned and it dragged terribly and didn’t open all the way. Soap dispenser didn’t work nor did AC shut off even after adjusting it to a higher number. Had all these issues been addressed, the place would be a ten.

The room was tastefully decorated. A very comfortable bed. The coffee provided with the coffee machine, suited my taste. The bathroom was spacious. The front of house service was exceptional. The attention provided by the Hotel General Manager exceeded expectations. Staff were processional and friendly.

The breakfast was good, the location was excellent, there were a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance, the lobby was beautiful and comfortable

Didn’t like that there was not parking, the room was a little small, and didn’t like sink was not in bathroom

Perfect location for our needs. We were happily surprised at the size of our room and loved the restaurant, Eggsburgh, connected to the hotel. We ate breakfast there everyday during our stay. Returning next year for the Kilby Block Party music festival and already reserved our room.

Steam Punk galore! This is a fun hotel. Our room wasn’t huge but was comfortable and well arranged. The bathroom was on the small side but cute and clean. Also there’s comfortable and inviting common space downstairs. Staff (Lucy in particular) was exceptionally helpful, and the adjacent restaurant served yummy food. Their staff was also excellent. It’s situated downtown in a walkable area.
