The bed was amazing! The location was perfect!

The shower was gross and way too powerful. I like good water pressure but thus one was industrial and could not adjust it. The staff at night was very rude and our key didn’t work and she thought I was lying about it but working. Until she had to come on down to see I was right. Then only fixed one card. I just didn’t interact with her the rest of the stay.

The beds were very comfortable.

One staff member was rude. The one bad apple...everyone else was super nice! We were there visiting a dying family member at UofU Hospital, after a hard day with the medical staff understanding the situation coming in with the room not made up the front desk clerk was rude about it and didn't want to accommodate our needs for extra coffee cups and linens.

Room spacious with large bed. Breakfast plenty of choice e.g cereals, porridge, scrambled egg, bread for toast, yogurt and more. Friendly helpful staff. Able to make coffee or tea in room. good location

Room not cleaned properly on arrival, e.g hairs on bathroom floor in several places. Reported this room cleaned but hairs remained as before! Reported this again and helpful staff member dealt with this and this was resolved. All other aspects of stay were enjoyable and no further issues.

The best part was the breakfast especially the famous waffles, which my son absolutely loved. The rooms are clean and quiet, even though the hotel is right in front of a busy avenue

The parking area is open to the public and was almost always full, and the shower had some issues with water pressure

I enjoyed the breakfast each morning prior to work. The front desk was accommodating. The washer and dryer were awesome cleaned my clothes and the dryer is fast. Over all the place was great

I found a roach in the bathroom but downtown has them everywhere even in the Little and Grand America. Its the city.

Staff were very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Location was good. I walked to a nearby hotel to get food and further to the park.

Bed was too high (I am 5’5”) my leg kinda hurt climbing up the bed and i had to be careful when I was getting out of the bed. Breakfast was a little limited. Blueberry muffin was great though.

Breakfast was ok and plentiful.

Room cleaning could use some attention; e.g. if there is a couple of guests, leaving double portions of toiletries and coffee pouches would be appreciated. Totally unnecessary and cumbersome to be asking the front desk for this detail.

We thought the breakfast was closed at 10am, but actually it was closed at 9am. So we missed the breakfast. When we checked out at 10am and told the staff we missed the breakfast and was leaving for yellowstone Nationalpark right way, the staff said very sorry for that and showed me to the kitchen and packed some breakfast and fruits to us. We are very thankful.

Personable staff, great breakfast ample tables, completely stocked with options, comfortable bed. Wonderful room darkening curtains. Even though it is in the heart of downtown and we expected some noise, it was very quiet. No traffic or pedestrian noise.

Bathroom looked a bit dinged. Not sure it it was a cleanliness issue or just an older building issue.

Room was clean. breakfast was good and the location was great to where we were going.

The AC in my room did not work well. But good enough for when I was there. Lack of parking when I come back late in th eevening
