The location was incredible. I was within walking distance of everything I needed. The rooms were kept up with housecleaning and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Will absolutely stay there again if I'm ever in Salt Lake City. Your waitstaff at the restaurant and bartenders at the bar were above incredible.

The housekeeping was definitely understaffed and somethings I had to do myself as far as cleaning which was a little unexpected, but I believe the housekeeper was doing her absolute best so it was no fault of hers. Also, being able to have room service there from the restaurants would have been wonderful.

Everyone at check in was great. Very friendly, prompt and welcoming. Room was nice and specious. Great location.

The showers at Marriott properties are starting to get rid of shower curtains and installing a sliver of a glass shield. This little thin shield does not prevent water from going all over the floor. I had to use another bath towel to prevent a wet floor. This is the 2nd time I've had a bathroom like this at a Marriott and it's a terrible idea. I can't possibly be the first person to mention this, nor will I be the last. Bring back shower curtains, please.

The room was beautiful and very modern! We had a great view (8th floor). It really felt like being on vacation. I didn't realize we were across the street from the convention center when I booked but was nice to be close to everything. Paying for parking and no continental breakfast was the only downside. Staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were comfy and hotel was immaculate. My girls were excited there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Enjoyed our stay!

Previous person to Agnes assigned a very bad room, lowest in value even when we were clearly being charged for an expensive accommodation within their price. His reasons were that we booked through Booking and not directly from them. Fortunately later that same day Agnes fixed it. No questions or comments about third party booking asked.

The staff did first not know which rate was booked and although an all day/night roadwork was ongoing they put us into a road facing room After complaint we got a quiet room The bill was messed up too after asking the manager the bill was correct then.

I loved the onsite parking but make sure you take into consideration the parking fees.

I specifically let the front desk know that we'd be parking onsite and that would be at a discounted rate. She let me know he had it listed but when we checked out, we didn't have parking added and had to pay the full fee. Not too happy about that one.

It was convenient and clean

The beer at the bar was warm because the chilling system was down. Turns out it has been a perpetual issue. Needs to get fixed properly once and for all. We ended up going to a different bar.

We loved that the hotel had an elevator to the middle of city Creek shopping. We loved the doughnuts at check in

We didn't like that there wasn't a pool or hot tub & our room thermostat turned off when we left the room so it was cold.

Parking was a bit confusing. I used self-park. It would be helpful if the information on paying for self-park was easier to find or perhaps posted in an obvious place. Lots of us don't want to pay for valet parking.

Clean and Staff working well with is. The Booking did not show up so she booked and helped me cancel.

No laundry facilities. No pool. When I booked i though there was those.
