Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were able to get an early check in as we had arrived in the AM after a long overnight drive. Breakfast was good, and the facilities were good. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy.

Personally, I found the pool too cold, didn't stop the kids though! And there were a few ants in the pool area.

Had a good view of the mountains outside of our window..as well as the new parking garage that’s being built next door… great location in the center of everything. Decent breakfast and good pool with a hot tub. Staff was very helpful and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. The fridge wasn’t working and they sent someone to replace it right away.

The room was a bit wierd. There’s was no closet and there was a curtain on the far wall by the window with hangars and a small shelf. Didn’t hang anything up anyways. The thing I really didn’t like is the bathroom door. It’s a sliding barn door and the lock would grab my hair and scrape my arm everytime I walk by.

Bedroom and facilities were clean. Staff was very pleasant, especially the breakfast staff. Good breakfast but more fruit would be better. Appreciated being able to use their freezer for our cooler ice packs. Great location, close to good restaurants.

Room was perfect, very clean and bed was comfortable. We did have noisy neighbors the first night but staff moved us the next night with no issues, excellent customer service. Breakfast was great! Food was good with lots of choices. Did get a little crowded around 8-9 but that’s expected. Overall, fair price and location was good to downtown.

Nothing, great stay for us!

The room was spotless and well stocked with toiletries. Beds were comfortable and pillows were especially so. Check in was fast and our room was quiet despite the hotel being on a busy street. Parking was free. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. My kids and husband took advantage of the pool and fitness center and enjoyed both. We really liked the Squatters Pub and Brewery for a family dinner with kids; great food at reasonable prices. The hotel was also convenient to the airport.

It was great to have breakfast included in the room; my family could get up and not stress about a meal before heading to the airport. However, the breakfast was so so. Lots of variety (eggs, sausage, English muffins, gravy, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels/toast, fruit (from a can or frozen?), waffle station) but the food was not exciting. Had I paid for the food I would have been bummed. Also, the room was really small for four people as well as our luggage (two standard suitcases, a carry on suitcase, and then our personal carry ons). The room is very efficiently designed but it was tight for the four of us. And for the price I guess I expected a bit more.

Cleanliness. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great location. I felt safe when outside or on the stairs.

Not enough handicap parking. We parked off to the side. When we came out in the morning, there was a large puddle of water by the vehicle door. The stream came from near the hotel front door.

Clothes hooks right in room behind a drape on one side of bed - inconvenient location - should have been a centrally located closet with a door. Front desk altitude- needs to be friendlier. Rooms overpriced for what you get.

It's Hilton group so top of the range treatment always, I'm a Hilton Honors member. Lovely room, comfortable beds, good showers and bath, everything as it should be.

Only that due to my tight schedule I could not spend more than a night there.

Pretty convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was what you expect.

Not much. However when you left to walk around the neighborhood there was a direction that was a bit sketchy.

It was a bummer not to have streaming service available on their smart TV’s. This is/was a temporary thing, though, and I’m certain is probably already rectified.
