The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette in room. Location was excellent for walking distance to many things, dinner, ice cream, the delta centre and temple square

There was no handsoap provided in room, so we had to use bodywash to wash our hands. The TV remote would not work to press OK so we couldn't select anything. The fridge would not close properly and the freezer defrosted while we were there even though we had the temp turned down to chill our drinks, it ended up leaking all over the floor and we had to use the in room towels to soak it up. This was not a big deal to us, as we were there just there to sleep.

The environment is great and the facilities are okay. Breakfast is good as well.

The passive aggressive and condescending demeanor of the front desk lead- I had to switch my room because the AC was broke in the original room I was put in. And to compensate me for the inconvenience, the manager instructed the lead to award me 20,000 points which she (I am not sure why) refused to do. After repeatedly following up, she then decided to award 10,000 points instead of 20K. I eventually had to let it go cos I just didn’t have no more interest in talking to her about it. Moreover, the actual points meant for the duration of my stay is still yet to be awarded as well!

Breakfast was nice. lots of food to eat and above all they have coffee that is there all day. The rooms are big, and the cleaners come all the time unless you don't need them to clean. ice and clean towels too.

I was there during Christmas time so the place was packed with people. Breakfast was a bit tricky because of the so many people in the hotel. Otherwise it was okay.

Great location. Across the street from Pioneer Park where my family and I were attending a weekend event. Walking distance to many restaurants. Parking is actually free for guests. Our room was very quiet for the whole weekend too.

Room wasn’t very clean. There was grease all over the wall near the stove and the floors were dirty. We couldn’t open the patio door and the balcony and patio furniture were filthy. Our room had no coffee maker and not enough towels for my family. On the morning we checked out there was a homeless person sleeping in the entryway to the lobby.

Very nice rooms w kitchenettes. Very, very friendly staff. The best "breakfast included" breakfast I've ever enjoyed at a hotel. So much variety of breakfast items and plenty available. Close to many restaurants.

Room window could not be opened more than 3inches.

Excellent accommodations and absolutely delicious breakfast. We were greeted with extra water and chocolate upon arrival which was really nice! The parking was not great but overall it didn't take away from our great experience.

Great modern furnished studio room with fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Clean room smells good inside towels and bed smells fresh.

The cleaning personal looks exhausted probably there is a staff shortage. Please hire more workers.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had lots of variety, the location was good.

This was a junior suite, I think. The only chairs were to a high top dining table. They were great for eating but not comfortable at all for reading or watching TV. In this case, a low top table with matching chairs would be much more comfortable.

We liked the staff, the kitchenette was amazing, and the suite overall was perfect for our group.

In the room I was in in our suite, there was a loud fan running continuously. Nothing major, but it did make it hard to fall asleep.

Staff were super helpful, the room was great and the breakfast the best we've had during our trip. Excellent online customer service, too, they solved our issue immediately.
