The B&B is like a museum. Very nice. There are 6 rooms in the house but there is full privacy. The breakfast is superb, the best we had in the 10 day holiday in the US. Beds are good, bathroom is good. More than enough shampoo, soap et cetera. Like I mentioned, it looks like a museum. Old furniture with lots of good vibes. I won't be back in Salt Lake City soon but I can recommend everybody a stay in this B&B. The night rate is the same or less than a regular hotel but we love to spend the money at hard working, small scaled properties like this.

The Ellerbeck B&B is so pretty! We visited mid-week so the cafe was not open but there were cookies when we checked in and the breakfast was yummy! The interior is lovely. The staircase to the second floor follows a stunning, decorative window. There are faux fireplaces, chandeliers, and great antique furnishings. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

Our room was not as dark as we would have liked, but with gorgeous, oversized windows it is hard to fault the B&B for not having blackout curtains in those windows.

Location to downtown. We were in SLC for a lecture at Abravenol Hall and dinner and were able to park easily then walk. Beautiful renovation and lovely breakfast. Stephanie was great. Easy parking is a big plus.

It is difficult getting temperatures comfortable in a large old home-bedroom is too hot while bathroom is cold. I should have noticed the heater in the bath and turned it on earlier. I’m not sure if it is feasible to have a separate control for the bedroom. We really enjoyed this property and will be back..This property has both the lovely charms of a beautiful old home and the idiosyncratic challenges that come with age.

Wonderful hotel in a historical house. We had a room with a separate bathroom but that was no problem. The house has a very nice interior and parking at the back. There are several restaurants around at walking distance (15m) and the area is quiet and beautiful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

You need to book the breakfast at a certain time from a schedule, and even if the breakfast is included (free) you are given a receipt that adds up to an imaginary sum that the staff suggests you to tip on based on what you had for breakfast. This is very confusing for foreigners and we didn't leave a tip as we didn't understand why we were given this receipt. Please consider raising the prices if needed or stop including the breakfast instead of doing this. The breakfast was great though.

The accommodations were exceptional, clean and comfortable. Even though my business was downtown, I enjoyed my walks to and from the inn getting a better feel for Salt Lake City beauty. Your inn keeper Vyctoria provided great hospitality and delicious breakfasts. I have to say the history behind the Inn was interesting and amazing to view all the artifacts of that time and family.

My only criticism was the bathroom light was too dim for me and the shower was very narrow where the showerhead didn't hit me the way I am used to. I couldn't adjust it properly but overall; it was clean, and I enjoyed the balcony just outside the doorway.

Very quaint. Staff was super nice. Room was comfortable. One night we had an entire cottage which was fantastic. We came back again and we were in a room in the main house which is cozy. Breakfast is great!!

The room was nice and it had a private bathroom. The house is an old mansion in a good neighborhood.

Breakfast was good but we feel that they were passive/aggressive by leaving you a bill at the end of the meal. The bill was for $0.00 balance but it itemized the cost of your meal so that you knew how much to tip. I would rather pay $5.00 more a day and just eat my meal without worrying about a tip. We ate with several European families and they were thoroughly confused about this tipping custom.

I love old turn of the century homes like this. The decor was from the period, beautiful place.

Nothing that affected my stay, but the landscaping was way overgrown, and exterior would look so much better if they cut all of that out and put something new and a lot smaller in its place

Wonderful atmosphere, very authentic. My room had a bathroom next to my room but it seems that all other had it with direct acces from the room itself. Nice variation in breakfast

In my case the shower did not work properly but that was high priority to fix. It is certainly not the cheapest place to stay also given the location but it does feel special

The menu had a variety of options which I enjoyed and the preparation was excellent. The room was a great size and the history was amazing. We were looking for a unique stay and Ellerbeck delivered!

The coffee was a bit watery and the rooms could do with some acoustic improvement (we could easily hear others moving around the house)
