The room was clean. The swimming pool was very nice. The breakfast was good. The room smelled nice and clean.

The beds weren't the most comfortable. I would suggest something in the shower to stop slipping. I slipped in the shower, luckily I caught myself. The power pressure in the shower was weak.

The room was clean. Bedding was white and crisp. Very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Gym was clean and equipment worked! We loved the location. Did a lot of shopping. Close to movie theaters and restaurants. The options at the breakfast buffet were great. I have been to this Hyatt place before. I will keep coming!

The only thing was there was not a cleaning spray in the gym to wipe down after use.

The location was great! The hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Huge hot tub and fun pool! This hotel was VERY quiet. I loved that.

The breakfast is not great. The presentation was beautiful but the food was… meh… This may affect whether we stay here again. We also asked the front desk to have our room tidied up because our kids were going to join us for the night and we wanted them to have the WOW factor. We cleaned up before we left so there wasn’t much to do but she didn’t even make one of the beds. I finally noticed that someone had been there because there was a new washcloth on the sink and on the towel rack.. so confusing.

The location is amazing and is within walking distance of pretty much everything, from stores, to food, and entertainment. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and well kept!

Despite being a smoke free hotel there were multiple times when people would smoke directly in front of the building. Would have to dip and dodge to get indoors without inhaling. The breakfast bar could have a few more options, for the price of the stay, it was underwhelming. The rooms also did not include a microwave.

Could not get hot water for a cup of tea. Only thermos containers of “hot water” gone room temperature. I tried to ask for help, but staff was clearly over worked or understaffed, and would not even make eye contact…

The room was spacious and had a great location. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We would stay again!

The beds were extremely firm, and the refrigerator wasn't working very well.

We stay at the Hyatt in Farmington at least twice a year or so. The location is absolutely perfect for us as it is in walking distance to my doctor's office. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. There are so many shopping and excellent restaurants near by.

It stated that it was pet friendly but not that they would charge $75 a night for a pet. Other properties charge $25-$35 …. Booking needs to let people know pet charges as this would influence my choice of properties.

Beautiful clean hotel. Very nice sizable suite for a family of 5. Nice yummy breakfast.I failed to read details on specific location, so was surprised to find hotel on second+ floors of shopping area.

I didn't love the, hard to close, stylish, heavy, glass bathroom door.

Breakfast was good. Room was good. Restaurant choices within walking distance are fantastic.
