Breakfast offerings were varied and decent. If attending anything at the Delta Center, this would be ideal, but otherwise the location is pretty empty of other hospitality businesses, but near the Trax and fairly close to downtown.

I wish we were warned of the construction of the lobby/bar area. The entrance seemed cramped because of it. Also, the rooms didn't have a microwave, but there was one to use down in the breakfast room. The pool wasn't open as well, which would've been good to know.

The room was great. The couch was too low & hard to get out of. The bed was excellent. The breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs were chopped up too much (if you let them sit & cook instead of beating them while cooking you end up with a fluffy product not something that resembles something a dog threw up) looked bad but they were edible, great variety of items to choose from. I liked that they had real coffee cups & juice glasses instead of just throw away products. Everything was very clean & neat

I had the opportunity to go to the hot tub, the water was perfect, the temp was perfect. Once I settled in into the therapy of the hot water I looked around & saw that there was a "ring" all the way around the tub under the rim but above the water line about 3-5 inches wide of grime! I stayed in the tub because the water line was not touching this ring. I simply had to close my eyes & enjoy the heat & not think about the ring on the tub . The water was perfect

Great location! Easy walk to temple square and easy drive to great restaurants. Room was a great size with 2 very comfortable queens and a great sofa bed! Breakfast was very nice, well stocked and was slightly different each morning Gym was great and the pool and hot tub looked lovely- ran out of time to use them! Staff were very friendly

No complementary coffee/tea in the lobby. Staff hadn’t been trained to use the espresso machine so couldn’t order at the bar either.

Room was nice and clean. breakfast was very tasty fresh bacon fresh fruits. Towels available by pool.

$10 parking fee. The entrance was right off a Main Street and people parked and left their cars so blocked access on to the drive lane for check in. Hot tub was dirty. Not enough seating in the breakfast dinning area. Got stuck standing with food in hand waiting for a table to open up. The area is kinda sketchy just a mile or so from hotel. Typical rough downtown large city. Would recommend driving a bit further away for dinner.

My room was very large and well-equipped for my 1-night stay. Comfortable bed and living space. Ideal facilities for a solo traveler with a helpful front desk, filling breakfast with many options, simple (paid) parking, and navigable shared spaces. Great for passing through the area or a base for exploring the city.

The windows were not as soundproof as I would have expected for a hotel of this pricing and otherwise high standards. My room was on the front street and the constant whirring sound from the metro tracks was very audible. It did not keep me awake but I was surprised to hear it.

I like the location of the hotel and how close it is to the Delta Center. Also, I like the room and how nice the room is. I like the couch in the sitting area and the desk.

I wish that the TV could possibly be on a little bit of a tilt or something that you can move the screen so that both beds can comfortably see it. Also, I wish that besides the free tea/coffee that it was also possible to get free hot chocolate. You have a lot of families and people that don't drink coffee or tea and wish for a hot beverage to drink especially during the cold times of the year.

The hotel has a great location, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great and plentiful, the rooms are wide and spacious.

The pullout couch on the room with two queen beds has a spring mattress, and it’s an old school couch that could benefit from an upgrade to a more modern system. Also, I asked beforehand through Booking for that bed to be made up but it was not the case. Finally, the sheets for that couch were so used that they were torn in some places.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were truly lovely and wanted to help in any way. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with everything you needed. It was nice to have breakfast included.

It was a little noisy so I had to wear earplugs for sleeping. The location was a little further than I expected from the Convention Centre so it was a bit of a walk. There wasn't too much in the vicinity such as shops or eating places, so I ordered Uber Eats on a few occasions.

Very spacious room with a sofa, desk and very comfortable bed. Very clean and in a great location in walking distance to downtown. Filtered water in the lobby to refill water bottles. Breakfast was a little more diverse than usual. Would definitely stay again.

The room needed some updating, the furniture was pretty scratched. Also, personally, I don't like when shower and toilet are in a separate room from the sink. If you get up at night you may wake up another person in the room washing your hands. It also gives no privacy when freshening up.

An enjoyable experience, the location is fantastic, easily walkable to the city center, and it offers the convenience of gated parking. Though my room showed some age with an oddly placed sink, renovations are still ongoing to modernize things (if I get it right). The true highlights were the incredibly friendly, accommodating staff and the breakfast - easily the best I've had at any SLC hotel.
