Check in clerk was nice and knowledgeable. Place was fine, clean and comfortable.

Wanted to stay an extra night and the front desk “general manager “ was rude and condescending. Seemed it was beyond her capabilities to handle the task. When I asked her why she couldn’t use the same information from the previous night (license plate, car model, credit card) that’s when she informed me she was the “general manager” and that’s the way it was. If she had been pleasant, we would have complied and stayed. But because of her unprofessional attitude, we left. As an aside, while I was waiting to be helped, she was having a loud disagreement with another employee, not caring who was within earshot. Maybe she was having a bad day or perhaps that’s how she deals with everyone consistently.

The whole stay that we had it was me my wife and our 13yr old and there was no judgement from anyone. It was relaxing and comfortable.

Our room was connected to where the elevator was so we did hear it when it was being used but it wasn't to bad.

The night clerk was super Awesome. Very helpful friendly and amazing talent. You guys got a steal on that one.

There should be breakfast offered. More vending machines.

This was my first stay at this location! It was nice! I'm glad I waited to post this review! The room was decent! My second stay wasn't so hot! No continuity in quality! First floor on my second stay! Not cool!

I didn't like that the first floor smelled like weed but the fourth floor was good

I like the value, clean efficient room

there were to many large dogs and people could not control them. they should be only on the first floor. I saw some people whoo w would not get on the elevator with them.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable for motel beds. We had a small dog and the staff was very accommodating about having a dog in the room.

There were no hand towels in the bathroom. Other than that it was great

Well for one it was next to an interstate and commutes were much easier

No indoor pool or sauna but in all.fair
