This was our second time staying there. Last year, they were just starting renovations, which were greatly needed. This year, one wing was completed, and we were able to get a rnovated handicap room. The room was dramatically different, clean, nice upgrades, and a great bed. However, the pool and spa were in the middle of being renovated, and we were unable to use it. I believe that should have been disclosed at check-in, and also, the staff should point out that the blinds are electricly controlled by a switch at the side of the window. Wouldn't take much for a frustrated guest to rip them loose ruining the shades.

Rooms have been updated and modernized. Very clean. Front desk super friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Could have been quieter- can hear folks in hall and some voices next door. Lighting in bathroom is overly bright. Would be nice to have a softer option there.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel was well organized and easy to navigate. The room was extremely clean, and I loved the labeled hard and soft pillows. The breakfast was great, and there were several options.

Staff as we came in was nice. Got us a room suitable for kids on main floor thankfully. Room was good. Noise level good. Felt safe

The detergent used on bedding and linens made my family itch but I noticed some detergents do that when concentrated. Overall no concerns.

It was clean comfortable and a great staff.

There were only 4 handicap spots and more disabled guests than that so it was difficult to park reasonably close to an entrance. The lack of more handicap spaces was compounded by sharing a parking lot with another hotel and restaurant.

Breakfast was great! even included to go bags if you did not have time to sit and eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. pool was clean and hot tub was hot. Fitness center was basic but met my needs. Room was clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Stayed in one of the new rooms on the first floor. Breakfast was great!

The older part of the building needs updated

the curtains on the first floor are almost see thru. it was unnerving being able to see people walking by the window and they can see in.

Spacious, clean, good breakfast, newly renovated on our floor. The rest will be lovely when completed.

The breakfast was good. It was a little noisy at night because of children running up and down stairs and stomping around in the room above mine. I was also close to an entry/exit and that door was a bit loud people going in and out.

The noise. And my key quit working twice so I was locked out of my room. The lobby staff wasn’t available one of the times I was locked out.
