Clean and quiet. Property well maintained. Responsive manager/owner. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Dining options next door.

Typical bad motel coffee

The owner is super nice. He always makes sure I am safe and comfortable when I come to visit. I travel alone and I appreciate his effort.

The morning traffic noise was pretty bad on the north end this time. Ephrata has grown since I was last there.

Open late. The caretaker came to meet me at about 10:30 PM and walked me to my room and the bitter cold. Made an extra blanket available and was very kind.

Nothing is suited my purposes perfectly

Great location in town. Close to many different restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Fast check in and check out, too. The owner is a great man.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the place or location or facilities.

We were in town for a bike event Sunday. I was expecting a king and I brought a cot as the second bed. The manager showed us a double king room that had a funky smell but it was tolerable so we took that instead. Overall, we got what we paid for, a room to sleep in before a long bike race so we didn't have to drive 3 hours before the race. It's not The Four Seasons but it was only $80 for 2 dudes and I could work on my bike in the room.

An overhead light would be nice, and there are hardly any electrical outlets. Also, a coffee maker is always important.

The motel is older, and the amenities were limited; however, the owners took pride in their establishment. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the AC worked well.

The shower stall was quite old and in need of an upgrade. The faucet handle was difficult to use due to age. For the price, our expectations were mostly met.

Good value. Helpful staff.

Location was close to my venue

Too many trains in the night. They rattled the building and made sleeping difficult

The room was large visually appealing and very clean.

The pillows were hard. It would be nice if at least one was softer.
