We were attending a wedding so the location was perfect for our needs, much better priced than the surrounding hotels and very comfortable. We were were curious so reserved a kitchen (same price as other layout with no kitchen) and were surprised it was in fact a full kitchen, very convenient and well-maintained if needed. The breakfast rocked, top marks to the staff who put this together.

The GFCI outlets were stiff to plug into (wasn't able to use) but maintenance there assured us they would look into it and I believe they were sincere in their concern. There were plenty of other outlets available and nearby so it really wasn't an overall inconvenience.

This room came with a small kitchen with a full size stove a small but larger than usual refrigerator and cookware, plates and silver wear. I didn't use them but it was good to know they were available. I had chosen the single King sized bed when I booked. The room was large but cozy, if that makes sense. Everything was aimed at being comfortable.

The guest in the room above me walked heavy with hard heels on their shoes. That I know that is a construction decision. Too late now.

We loved everything . Beds are comfy..shower is great.. best of all was the breakfast. We agreed that this was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! There was such a great variety of hot foods and a menu board listing choices including burritos sandwiches and specials each day. I was also happily surprised to find that they supplied cookies also during the day!

We weren't able to find closed captioning on the TV remote. It's pretty important for us as my husband is hard of hearing.

The breakfast was fabulous...the best selection we had on our road trip! Lots of protein choices. Comfortable bed, clean room, great service. We had a problem with our coffee maker, and the clerk promptly came up to fix it.

The carpet had a lot of very obvious stains. The room was a bit cramped, with the fridge and microwave placed in front of the full length mirror. There was a lot of highway noise but that's to be expected with such easy access off the highway.

Excellent value. Daytime attendant Bee was exceptionally kind, polite, and a pleasure to interact with. Star level hospitality potential, that is for sure. Breakfast was complimentary, hard to believe given the daily rate was already a great deal. Bottom floor rooms have wood floors, and most rooms have been remodeled to include as standard nice walk in showers, big enough for two. When ever in the area in the future, we will definitely be booking here again.

First night were on the gound floor, apparently quiet hour is over at 7, a lot of laborers run through here and we were up a little earlier than we wanted before checkout, so second night we were able to get a top floor, and Bee also knocked $20 off the rate for the room. Second night was very quiet, and the only thing not as nice with the top floor room was not having the new hardwood floors-but they remain carpeted to help dissipate noise.

The staff is amazing! I love that they cater to their construction worker customer base by starting breakfast “unofficially early.” We had to leave early, so it benefited us as well and we were still able to grab breakfast before hitting the road, to which we were very grateful. The evening Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and the availability of coffee and tea in the lobby is a lovely touch. The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of outlets and lights through the room. I LOVED that there were blinds rather than curtains. Hotel curtains are gross because they are usually not vacuumed or the rods sanitized, plus they never close fully. The double pulldown blinds (shade and blackout) are brilliant. Also, for being so close to the interstate, it was nice not having the noise. Moses Lake was a nice change from our usual stay in Spokane, a quiet suburban neighborhood that had great customer service.

The toilet being so close to the bathroom wall wasn’t my favorite. The water takes a while to warm up, so you can’t be in a hurry to shower!

It was a great hotel and update. I love that there is a microwave and fridge our room. There is also a community Kitchen that I was able to clean some water bottles. I could also refill my water in the gym. The breakfast has a wide variety. Will definitely pick this hotel again to stay.

I would have given it a ten, but the TV channels were either on analog and so fuzzy or there were few digital and we did not have anything we liked. We were there to clean my gmas place and looked forward to chilling with the TV at night but not much to watch.

The room was fantastic. It was a special treat to actually find a hotel room with a full kitchen in it. We were bummed because we ate out and could have just bought a papa Murphys pizza and made it at the hotel!!!

The kitchen staff was very unfriendly and although breakfast was delicious and the spread was great it was dampened by the staff who were rude and just unfriendly.

It was very clean and comfortable, pet friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room ( a pet friendly room) was showing some wear and tear. It had a kitchen that we didn't use, but if we had reserved the room because of the kitchen, we would have been disappointed in the stove which was in very bad shape.

The staff and location of the hotel were fantastic! The included breakfast was surprisingly delicious and the hotel felt like a great value. Our whole party agreed that we got a lot for our money. The proximity to the Gorge was perfect too.

The linens had some stains on them. We could tell they were laundered so we didn’t make a fuss…but the stains just didn’t come out. Aside from that, the hotel was perfect.
