We loved everything . Beds are comfy..shower is great.. best of all was the breakfast. We agreed that this was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! There was such a great variety of hot foods and a menu board listing choices including burritos sandwiches and specials each day. I was also happily surprised to find that they supplied cookies also during the day!

We weren't able to find closed captioning on the TV remote. It's pretty important for us as my husband is hard of hearing.

Excellent value. Daytime attendant Bee was exceptionally kind, polite, and a pleasure to interact with. Star level hospitality potential, that is for sure. Breakfast was complimentary, hard to believe given the daily rate was already a great deal. Bottom floor rooms have wood floors, and most rooms have been remodeled to include as standard nice walk in showers, big enough for two. When ever in the area in the future, we will definitely be booking here again.

First night were on the gound floor, apparently quiet hour is over at 7, a lot of laborers run through here and we were up a little earlier than we wanted before checkout, so second night we were able to get a top floor, and Bee also knocked $20 off the rate for the room. Second night was very quiet, and the only thing not as nice with the top floor room was not having the new hardwood floors-but they remain carpeted to help dissipate noise.

The staff is amazing! I love that they cater to their construction worker customer base by starting breakfast “unofficially early.” We had to leave early, so it benefited us as well and we were still able to grab breakfast before hitting the road, to which we were very grateful. The evening Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and the availability of coffee and tea in the lobby is a lovely touch. The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of outlets and lights through the room. I LOVED that there were blinds rather than curtains. Hotel curtains are gross because they are usually not vacuumed or the rods sanitized, plus they never close fully. The double pulldown blinds (shade and blackout) are brilliant. Also, for being so close to the interstate, it was nice not having the noise. Moses Lake was a nice change from our usual stay in Spokane, a quiet suburban neighborhood that had great customer service.

The toilet being so close to the bathroom wall wasn’t my favorite. The water takes a while to warm up, so you can’t be in a hurry to shower!

It was a great hotel and update. I love that there is a microwave and fridge our room. There is also a community Kitchen that I was able to clean some water bottles. I could also refill my water in the gym. The breakfast has a wide variety. Will definitely pick this hotel again to stay.

I would have given it a ten, but the TV channels were either on analog and so fuzzy or there were few digital and we did not have anything we liked. We were there to clean my gmas place and looked forward to chilling with the TV at night but not much to watch.

The staff and location of the hotel were fantastic! The included breakfast was surprisingly delicious and the hotel felt like a great value. Our whole party agreed that we got a lot for our money. The proximity to the Gorge was perfect too.

The linens had some stains on them. We could tell they were laundered so we didn’t make a fuss…but the stains just didn’t come out. Aside from that, the hotel was perfect.

The room was large. There were 2 queen beds, with comfy pillows. It has a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. The bathroom was big. The staff was very friendly. We were able to check in very late without issue. The included breakfast had paper bags for grab and go use, which was perfect to get us back on the road. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The shower head needed an upgrade, or at least a good cleaning to prevent wonky spraying.

The property was exceptionally clean with excellent customer service. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was one of the best I've experienced with variety of choices including cinnamon buns.

The only thing I didn't like was the property location is right off the highway so you can hear cars zipping by on the freeway. If you're a light sleeper request your room away from the highway side.

Amazing room! Included not only a microwave and a Keurig, but also a convection oven, a Nuwave hot plate, pans, utensils! We weren't expecting that! Breakfast was so wonderful, coffee was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, lots of restaurants & convenience stores nearby. Room temp was easily adjustable. Had a couch & desk besides a desk and the king bed!

The bed was so tall it was hard to get into - lol! But was very comfortable.

Keycards stopped working multiple times, exterior door directly next to our room would not open from the outside (reader is broken) and felt that some areas of housekeeping/maintenance of the property could be improved upon, mainly getting rid of the old dingy carpet.

I enjoyed being greeted by people with big smiles and ready to help!! This motel is very clean fresh cookies at 5:00 ❤️ Breakfast was over the top with options and I noticed to go containers. Nice touch. My room was very clean and well stocked with amenities . The walk-in shower was beautiful and inviting. Loved the lounge sofa chair, if that’s what they are called. My room faced west with lots of fields and beautiful sunsets. My bed was perfect for me as I have a bad back. I have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I was there for 3 nights.

No complaints…
