Breakfast was ok, yogurt, waffles, cereal, eggs not great or the bacon, they had biscuits too, bananas, i think some oranges, muffins... but..I liked there's always coffee available, ice water or ice. Snacks available too in a little store if needed...Nice view out the window with sunset. Clean room. I had ADA room which helped alot for me for the shower. Only complaint there's no place to get ready outside of the bathroom that had a mirror with a table... Good location by freeway & easy to get to some restaurants ... pool was good.

Not so much the breakfast.. but I made it work for me...

Since we arrived at the place olia a clean, we were well served even though we arrived at midnight, we loved the place, the staff always attentive and always trying to keep the place clean. The room was excellent, we did not want to leave. We will return again, we have more plans to visit Mosses Lake and we will surely choose this hotel. 100%

Room was great, staff was outgoing and friendly. I had an issue with my heater not working and as soon as I reported it to the front desk, they had maintenance on it immediately!

The only thing. The only one I can think of, is that there was some patch jobs on the wall / ceiling that just kind of made the bathroom look bad. But that is just me searching for SOMETHING to say in this.

This is a newer hotel -- the staff members were friendly and the facility was nice. The breakfast in the morning was great. We would stay again.

Although the room was very comfortable, there were a few minor issues: We did not watch the TV much but we found most of the channels were grainy and not very clear. We tried to reach the front desk from our room once and found the phone in the room did not work. We noticed the phone was unplugged from the wall, so we plugged it in, and it still did not work, not sure why. These were minor and would not keep us from staying again in the future.

It was clean. The mattress was comfortable. The thermostat worked well and the room temperature was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the cookies provided in the evening.

Since no ADA rooms were available, the property put a shower chair in the tub for me. The chair was too large for the tub. I tried to use it and injured myself badly. I found the sinks too tall for my height of 5’2.

The rooms are very spacious and had really tall ceilings. The beds were comfortable. I especially like that the mini fridge had a small freezer. Very convenient for refreezing ice packs that we brought. The bath towels were very soft which is not always the case in hotels and the shampoo/conditioner was brand name. Breakfast had lots of variety. The hot food was hot and they were always restocking. Cookies and ice water in the lobby were a nice treat.

Just an issue with the key cards not working but they were replaced at the front desk quickly.

The beds were very comfy. The included breakfast was great! There were a variety of proteins actually, including vegan, and they even had almond milk available!!! Never experienced that before. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place was immaculate!

The was a lot of truck noise due to the proximity to the Interstate (but that was not the fault of the facility or people).

The cleanliness of our room was great, everything looked and smelled very nice. The view outside was good. Overall our stay was very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and professional.

Nothing major, but if I did want to mention something it would be the tiles.The tiles around the front door and in the bathroom where terribly cold for bare feet. Also, few seemed to have come loose and would shift went stepped on.

The stay was great. Comfortable beds, clean facilities, great staff.

The pool and hot tub were under construction and it wasn't posted on the app informing us prior to booking. This was the entire reason my wife and I chose this location. Should have been on the app.
