This was a full breakfast: fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage patty, cereals, muffins, yogurt, cream cheese, jams, butter, juices, coffee. The breakfast room is sparkling clean with an attendant constantly checking supplies and cleaning. Very good--excellent, in my opinion based on what we see at other properties. The room and everything we saw was in very good condition, clean and well-organized. this is a facility that is in very good condition. Don't be concerned about the train tracks near the back. We were on that side, next to the stairs (on 2nd floor) and never heard a train--nor did anyone using the stairs disturb us. The bedroom was very well appointed. Towels were clean, unstained, and NOT threadbare! And they provided an extra towel which was thoughtful. The toiletries provided were of upscale quality. A mat is provided for the tub/shower--a mat that provided safety and is of a material that would be cleaned between each booking. The beds are outfitted with quality bedding and they provide two small (softer) pillows and a king-size firm pillow for each bed. The mattress is the most comfortable we have ever experienced--and this includes properties that charge much more than $139USD for one night. We would (and will) stay here again. Absolutely.

The only thing I would have liked was an elevator to the second floor. That said, the stairs is not extreme and there is a very good (and clean!) handrail. They do have several accessible rooms on the first floor.

What a pleasant surprise. I booked the executive suite. The venue I used the night before was almost 200.00 and put more than a 24 hour hold on my bank account even though I settled up with cash the next morning. Loved the feel of the room and we felt kind of like royalty. We were on an emergency trip to Spokane due to my wife's sister having a stroke. After things settled down, we were on our way home and I wanted to surprise her with a little relaxing (make her feel special) life giving comfort. Our stay did that and more. I had no idea Moses Lake had so much to offer. What an ideal Location.

The jets on the jacuThe jets on the jacuzzi were not working very well. The tables needed to be cleaned. They had dried food stuck to them and the surface of the tables looked warn with heavy scratches. The only other thought we had would have been nice to have a wine opener and some silverware, plates and napkins.

Very nice, clean and modern facility. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The rooms could have been a bit bigger, but still very comfortable. Able to walk next door to a nice restaurant and bowling alley. They just opened their mini golf, but we didn't have time to check that out.

I wish the bowling alley (which is owned by the hotel) could put their league schedule on their website. There was no mention of it online, but when we got there to bowl, we were told that league bowling started in 30 minutes and we would not have enough time. If that information was on their website we would have bowled before we swam.

The beds were really comfy and had good pillows, a/c worked well, great shower pressure, continental breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the bowling alley/mini golf/arcade/sports bar combo on site was incredible!

Our room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping during our entire stay. We even asked one of the housekeepers if she could clean our room when she had a chance while she was cleaning the room next to ours (and we were leaving for the day) and she said of course that she'd do it next. We came back hours later and the room hadn't been touched. Bizarre.

Breakfast area clean, food choices great. Toddlers enjoyed the waffles. Enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio for picnic dinner.

I'm not complaining but we noticed that the floor in Room #122 needs a good cleaning. The kids feet were very dirty from walking barefoot on it. The adjoined Rm# 120 floor was fine. I assume that the construction workers boots leave a lot of dirt and grime on the floors sometimes. Otherwise no problems.

the pool and hot tub were good temps and clean. we didn't have time to play but there is a really nice mini golf course next door. the room was quiet and as one would expect. my husband liked the free pint of ten pin beer at the bowling tap room. everyone in our group of 8 said they wanted to return. I liked the bowling theme and historical displays. we came for a concert at the gorge and it was an easy drive, next time I'll stay two nights since Moses lake has some delicious looking taco trucks and restaurants ! thanks!

Clean, comfortable, bed, pillows, fridge, microwave, breakfast. Free beer tickets, shower head, TV, lights, floor not carpet, pool, coffee in lobby and room, customer service at front desk, ice and vending machines, lots to do with bowling alley, mini golf, restaurant and bar next door.

The contractor or maintenance person who finished the rooms put the plastic shower door tab fittings backwards so the shower doors don’t shut all the way tight. An easy fix…..unscrew tabs and turn the other direction, then screw back in.

Although the room wasn't exactly as pictured, it was nice and comfy. My husband and I really enjoyed our soak in the jacuzzi.

When we first went into the room, there was an extremely loud buzzing sound that ended up being from the clock, so we unplugged it and notified the staff when we checked out. The jacuzzi also didn't have all of its jetd working. I did expect the room to look more like the picture, but it was still a very nice getaway from the kids and one on one time with my husband.

Upstairs neighbors were stomping up.and down the halls until after midnight. To be fair I didn't let staff know about this. Wasn't their fault, just noisy neighbors.

. Breakfast was exactly the same both days. Hard fried eggs sausage. Biscuits and gravy and waffles. It was fine but having bacon or ham one day or switching from eggs to those little omelets or so.ething to add variety would be nicer.

I love the fact that the entire facility was open and available to guests. It has on-site a bowling alley, brewery, restaurant, Putt-Putt, casino and bowling alley. During a festival as one of the few places in town available fully booked I still only paid 315 for two nights and they didn't kick me out when I overslept. Absolutely love this place and I cannot wait to go back without an event to go to so I can just enjoy ten pin inn! I genuinely love this place, we'll be going back, 10 out of 10!
