The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. We loved seeing the chickens, geese, and rabbits they have as well as their garden. They gave us a 6 pack of eggs laid by the hens that morning and let us pick strawberries from their garden 🙂

There is some road noise from the semi-trucks that go by, and the shower is very small. But even so, we would definitely stay here again!

We liked everything about the property. The fact that we were able to join Mark and Amanda for drinks, BBQ, laughter and good conversation was the highlight of our evening. We had the best time staying here on our road trip through Washington State. We would have definitely stayed another night if he had more time. Beds were the most comfortable we found on our trip. Parking was abundant. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities and there was fruit and eggs in the garden one could help themselves too which was very generous. We would definitely visit here again.

Amanda was super helpful and friendly. The kitchenette was well equipped for a simple meal, and the espresso machine and thoughtfully placed coffee supplies were so appreciated in the morning. Amanda even delivered eggs to my refrigerator before I arrived.

The room faced the highway, and there were no stores or restaurants within a safe walking distance. I should have checked the location more carefully before booking.

Hosts are GREAT. We had all of the fresh tomatoes we wanted to pick from their plans as well as onions. We hard boiled 6 eggs they gave us and used them for breakfast before we went out fishing. We gave then the one nice size walleye we caught. The reason I didn’t give the place a perfect rating is b/c they are remodeling an older property and our unit was not done yet. Since we visit a friend in Kettle Falls annually, we plan to stay here again and again. Hopefully we’ll get a freshly remodeled room next year.

Room rate good value for quality of room and setting was quiet with walking areas (for dog) and outdoor seating and viewing common areas even tho right off the main highway. Close to northern shores of Lake Roosevelt which is where we were during the day. Innkeepers friendly and interesting- seem genuinely interested in our comfort.

The extra charge for our small dog (who came with own linens, food and a crate) was as much as if we had boarded him.

The hosts were wonderful and welcoming, offered us fresh eggs from their chickens and veg from their garden. Offered a choice of rooms; we took the one with a small, well-equipped kitchen. Nice coin laundry. Great t.v. and Wi-Fi reception. Good coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

Very cute and really comfortable. We appreciated the ease of check in and check out and the proximity of the road. Hosts were great! This was a quick overnight stop for us on our way home.

Nothing! All was great. Everything was just what we needed.

SOME ROOMS HAVE NOT BEEN REMODELED YET AND THE BATHROOMS WERE VERY SMALL AND AWKWARD. THE REMODELED ROOMS WERE GREAT. NOT A LOT OF LOCAL FOOD CHOICES AND MOST EVERYTHING IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. All appliances were excellent quality and seemed brand new. Loved the Nespressocoffee maker! Cute country feel to the room and we enjoyed visiting the garden and the chickens. Staff is very friendly and communication with the was clear and helpful.

The grounds were exceptionally well kept by Mark and his crew. The location was great and easy to find. Close enough for a quick drive to pick up a few items. The room was spotless and well stocked with the essentials. A real pleasure to stay here.
