-Very friendly, helpful owners -it’s kept very clean -good value for money for the area -kitchen with a larger sized fridge and an oven is very useful on -loved the gazebo area with bbq and chairs for everyone to enjoy -beach towels are a very nice touch! I would definitely recommend a room here for a short or longer stay!

-smart tv kept losing its connection to the internet and dropping the program we were watching. -public access to the swimmable part of the lake is further than the 5min walk that’s advertised (more like 20min), at least as far as we could find. - no air conditioning in the bedroom…you don’t necessarily need it, but a fan would be nice at a minimum. The bed in the living room was comfortable, but the one in the bedroom was not comfortable at all. - a frying pan in the kitchen would be very useful

This is a little gem at the perfect location, very nice owner (we got an upgraded room with full kitchen), the unit has everything you need. And it was quite even though it's located right at the highway. So many things to do in Christina lake!

I always bring my pillow but forgot it this time, so a bed wasn't super comfy for me but hubby slept like a log:)

The Lakeview motel is a classic. We used to come here when my grandparents stayed (+20 years ago). Tara and Jason have done a wonderful job upgrading everything for a more modern stay. I love the gazebo area, the neighbors were quiet and friendly (I hope to see them again next year). My family has a permanent site at a campsite down the road but I thought it was easier to stay here with all the amenities with a baby. A full kitchen unit was very handy!

This is by far the best motel I’ve ever stayed in, and I stayed in a few. Use of the bbq and fire pit, botchie balls. Ran out of propane they replaced right away. Staff was awesome, including the little furry friend Duke. Definitely would stay there again.

Recent renovations have this property looking fresh! Very clean. Central location. Staff was amazing. My extended family was staying at another place in town, and their 5 yr old got sick - no thermometer at their place… no access to walk-in clinics… we came back to here, and not only were we able to check her temperature at the front office, the little one and her 2 cousins come back with freezies! My extended family left their booked stay elsewhere and came here for the last night to join us.

The motel was recently renovated, the room was very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they offer help with our luggage and provided us with a recommendation for a breakfast place as well as a 10 per cent discount coupon. Great value for money, definitely recommend

Location perfect. Walking distance to visitor information center which had a great coffee/snack place. Motel also had nice area to relax outside with picnic tables and outdoor fire pit. Very quiet so good night. 😁

Just needed a stopover from a long drive home. We were so pleased with how easy it was to find and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming. It had a BBQ site.. Very close to the lake. Very good pricing

Great location across from Christina Lake. Convenient to have a microwave in the room. I enjoyed the gazebo area in the evening and the small table and chair outside my door for my morning coffee. It was surprisingly quiet and I slept amazingly well. The room was very clean and the complimentary toiletries was a nice touch.

Was exceptionally clear. Recently renovated, nothing fancy but nice and clean and comfortable. Black out curtains, and a smart TV with coffee for the morning. Great value for price and much cleaner than many much higher end hotels that I’ve stayed at.

It was great, I think they did a great job and host was very hospitable.
