The outside may look a little worn but The outside main floor room was perfect had doir to inside of the hotel as well as a door direct to your parking spot majes easy transfer of luggage. Ac was very cold lived it but did turn it off at nught lol yes that cold was aqesome. Fridge , micriwave and bathroom has a privacy slide door so if your having company over close it over and it helps keep your voices from bothering others or your voices echoing out in the hallways. Very much like the set up. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Onsite restaurant I didnt gwt tge chance to eat there but did go for an evening hiball very quaint set up :) Over all it has become my place to stay when in castlegar. BCLC , shoppers next door in a great location near everything. Thank you for a lovely 2 night stay my best sleeps on this month adventure.

Easy location to find and to get to. Close to amenities. The room was quiet and the air conditioner worked well. I liked the vinyl floors. They felt clean. The desk clerk was cheery and social.

The fridge was a bit noisy. But not a big deal. The light switches could have used a cleaning. But the rest of the tool was clean.

Friendly staff upon arrival. A pizza place connected to the unit, which was super convenient and tasty. Quit room and great water pressure.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use a freshen up

Very clean and had an exit from the room to the parking lot. Made it very easy to pack luggage in and back out v

Everything was good. The restaurant would have been nice if it opened an hour earlier.

We stay here quite often when passing through. Tried their pizza and it was good.

Being on the ground floor but out of necessity due to wearing an aircast we had no choice. We generally prefer not having people above us, however that is no fault to the motel or management.

Delicious breakfast at the attached restaurant. Outside door and inside hallway door was nice. Good location. Front desk staff guy was awesome

Room was very clean which was great. Small fridge and microwave available. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel on main road out of town so easy to get back into the highway

No elevator so getting our luggage up 2 flights of stairs was interesting. They were renovating the hotel which was a little uncomfortable but not terrible. The restaurant wasn't open except for takeout. Not the hotels fault, that's thanks to Bonnie Henry's insane demands.

The staff was awesome. Great location Good size room, comfy beds. The restaurant was so good. We ate dinner,and breakfast there,and prices were good. Bonus was they had a fridge,and a microwave in the room

A little out dated, but no reason to not stay there

The staff are friendly and warm and inviting the rooms are very clean surprisingly the bed is very comfortable and the pillows are awesome and they also have a restaurant on site but if you're driving a transport truck with a day cab they don't have very much room for a big truck

Not much to say here all is pretty good

The floors seem paper thin. Being on the ground floor we heard everything above us. Just the one night of two but still very loud.
