Wow! I stayed here twice on my road trip so reviews might be redundant ... This hotel is high value! Excellent rooms, the location is in the heart of Nelson walking distance to cafes and bakeries. I found the parking easy enough. It does get full at night but it's easy to park on the street at times when unloading things from skiing etc. The street parking is free after 5. The restaurant downstairs is so darn good! Ugh! I ate there too much! Could not stay away. I wish there was better ski storage or even a waxing table but it seemed like the basement was more geared towards conferences. I will always stay here every time I visit Nelson bc!

The hotel was centrally located close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was welcoming and the room was very clean. There's a good gym and an excellent restaurant on site.

Very minor issues, the third floor has a short flight of stairs unexpectedly when you leave the elevator and walk towards the rooms. The lights are kept low which can make it a bit difficult to see and navigate the stairs while carrying luggage. The parking is across a busy street which people tend to jaywalk across to get to the hotel and there's not a lot of parking

Room was clean and spacious. Discount for the breakfast was nice and the breakfast itself was really good. Hotel had dedicated parking and was walking distance to the event we went to. Overall a very good experience.

The price - can’t believe a standard hotel room costs $300+ a night. It’s more than doubled over the past few years (just like everything else since Covid). That is crazy! Will definitely limit how often we travel.

This is our 2nd time staying in the BWH - Vancouver is our 1st one and really impressed customer service , cleanliness of the room and facilities , and its one of the best in town with affordable price and cozy property like family ,the engagement with the guest or overall customer service .location and food Mazano really delicious and healthy ,organic still the best food. looing forward to see you again.

The location can't be beat! You are right in the heart of the bustling cafe/shops/spa area, and can walk to everything. The staff were very kind, and found a room for us to store our bicycles in that was secure. The room was a bit small, but it was comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and there was a fabulous discounted breakfast in the attached restaurant.

Great location to walk around Nelson.

First they tucked us in a low no view room in the back of the property. No WiFi reception. I don’t know if it was because of booking thru booking.com. Requested a better room and they moved us up a floor with a view and WiFi.

I liked everything about this hotel. One thing that people may not know is that this hotel DOES have a hot tub on the third floor. Little added bonus, as I don't believe it mentions it on the booking.com website. Great staff, beautiful room, Italian restaurant downstairs! What more can you ask for?

The breakfast in the attached Italian restaurant was delicious and the dedicated parking across the road was appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the downtown location is convenient. The "Happy Anniversary" package was very much appreciated!

At least a few Level 2 EV chargers in the car park would be a huge benefit for EV-driving customers. For the price of the room, a free (rather than discounted) breakfast would be an improvement.

High quality rooms. Good front people.

The restaurant needs a bit more work. It's supposed to be Italian food but if you're Italian or love Italian food side step it. It's OK if you like a modified dish though that likes to pretend to be Italian.

Friendly, helpful staff. Went out of their way to help me stow my e-bike overnight and get it out in the mornings. Typical Best Western 2-Queen bed room. Good sized fridge that didn't make noise. Housekeeping was super.
