The location was perfect as it was right at the on/off point of the highway. Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast had a great assortment. Everything you needed to start the day.

The only problem was that the weather stripping around the door frame needed replacement.

First impressions were good. We got a room on the ground floor, as requested. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was good.

While the room was clean the laundry room was filthy. The worst shower we had in 7 weeks in Canada. And we had continuing problems with the electronic lock.

It was central, easy parking and check-in, decent sized room, and quiet. The breakfast was quite good with the usual assortment of things, but nothing freshly prepared.

We felt it needed a bit of maintenance in the bathroom. Peeling wallpaper, and the shower so small that it was difficult to move in.

Location great, as I could walk to severalstores..Breakfast was good.Couldhaveadded a fruit salad with no seeds.

The Booking.com app used to help book this accommodation did not accurately describe the date of booking. It said “book tonight” and yet it booked the next day instead. This caused us unnecessary steps to cancel incorrect booking and do a new booking instead when we checked in. We were concerned we would have to pay for 2 nights.

Very comfortable room, with a small, but functional kitchen area, and air conditioning, which was definitely needed during my stay.

The tub was obviously badly clogged and drained brutally slow.

Very good location for highway access. Close to stores and points of interest. Clean and good selection for breakfast that was included.

The handle for the shower was loose and came off. Was easily replaced and worked ok. No wash cloths in bathroom.

Location is good and the room was nice and quiet as requested. Comfortable parking right outside. Quality of the breakfast was above expectations. Safeway and other grocery stores are located nearby or within a few minutes walk.

The reservation of the security deposit on our credit card still not cancelled after one week - why? I hope it will be cancelled soon because we did not damage anything. Free WiFi was not very fast and not always reliable.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made sure I got the best rate.

The only bad thing I have to say was that there was a hair on the toilet seat when I lifted the lid. Otherwise, everything was very clean and tidy.

Location was great, with a Safeway grocery store right opposite, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had a nice variety of options, the waffles being a favorite amongst most guests.

The only thing I struggled with was the sinking bed mattress. I am a firm mattress sleeper so in my case the bed wasn't the most ideal. Still comfortable just not my kinda mattress.
