There was very little parking and the street parking is limited as it is a busy little town. Great location though and amazing staff. Housekeeping is great. Note that there is not a fridge or coffee in the room-there are in a common area. Good restaurant downstairs. And they have a great ice machine and coffee ready in the AM.

The location in town is perfect, easy to access and walkable from everywhere. I think my favorite thing is the front desk staff was exceptional, incredibly friendly, helpful and managed many last minute changes and adjustments from our group with ease. I also really like all the food options on-site and having the shared kitchen and fridge was great. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Nelson!

The only thing that could have been better was a couple more pillow and bath towels, but I know I likely could have asked for that but just never got around to it.

Great location with restaurant, bar, and coffee shop attached! Everything is in walking distance. Coffee shop was really good and very cute patio set up. View from our room was nice but there is a new building being built across the street that will unfortunately block the mountain and lake view.

Bed was very hard, no fridge in room (although there is a shared fridge in guest lounge), and walls are very thin. We were woken up early on our last day by a couple beside us who were quite loud about their 'alone time'. Free parking is also very limited in the back but we did get lucky to get a spot.

Walking distance from all the shops, restaurants, galleries, cafes, and breweries—no car needed. all located under one roof: a bar, steakhouse, coffee house, lounge, sauna, gym—great for chilling after outdoor adventures.

Rooms above the bar can get loud on weekends, and no unregistered visitors or guests are allowed in hotel rooms. Parking can be pretty limited, so it’s best to plan accordingly when taking your car out anywhere

I have stayed in this hotel before and so knew what I was getting. It is a renovated hotel in a centrally located older building but the renovations have been done well and the rooms are clean and well maintained. It lacks an elevator which is a little difficult for the disabled person but the staff were superb in helping me with my luggage. The price is appropriate for the accommodation. I should also mention that the staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful and kind when I went for dinner after fasting for two days.

Super adorable, modern, cozy room. We had one large bed, multiple plug ins, full bathroom. And right outside our door were community fridges (we even had beer in there that stayed safe!), vending machines, ice maker, other confectionaries. A close walk to the patio & sauna that we took full advantage of. Short walk to great restaurants & downtown area. Wish we stayed longer!

Downtown location was fantastic, walkable to everything we wanted. Loved the sauna on the rooftop and the coffee shop with online ordering was so good.

Bed was too soft for me. Room was a bit noisy, especially the heat pump - finally worked out how to turn it off the last night so I slept a little better. Parking lot is small, if you don’t get a space street parking is difficult.

Really nice and tastefully decorated hotel. It is located right in the center and has a large parking lot. It does not offer breakfast, however it provides complimentary coffee and has an excellent café right next door, as well as a nice pub inside. But we would like to say a few words for the wonderful staff who helped us so much in a complicated situation we found ourselves in, welcomed us and helped us with maximum availability. Thank you very much!

Great location in downtown Nelson, nicely renovated and upgraded throughout including a brick feature wall in our room and a writing desk looking out over the city, attractive lounge, game room, and coffee shop that was open early with excellent home baked goods. Free off street parking. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Window mounted AC/heater fan noisy. Either turn it off at night or wear ear plugs.

The hotel was located right downtown which was convienent for shopping. the hotel had a large coffee shop, steakhouse and a sportsbar. Used the sportsbar and coffeeshop which were great and reasonable priced

We ended up on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There are alot of homeless in the area. To be fair they never brothered us but we aren't used to seeing open drug use. We did have to walk past them at night but had no problems at all.
