I didn't realize there was a breakfast. It was great. The pictures did not do it justice. Both pools were great and i liked the idea that the room was not made up each day unless i asked. Good value for the money. A bit difficult for the gps to find; it tried to take us to the other road.

Location is great for my visit with family. Close to the golf course and easy access to downtown restaurants. No more breakfast being served😢but small fridge and microwave in the room. Housekeeping staff very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed here several times while visiting in Trail, so no surprises with the accommodations. It is a motel, beside the highway so a bit noisy during the day, but is quite quiet at night.

They’re for a hospital procedure. Front desk staff so accommodating. Took off the stress of not knowing where to go before hospital . So close and easy to get to hospital . Free by desk man very nice. Room so clean , big and bed’s comfy. Could not have asked for any better . Young house keeper so friendly .

We loved the location, 5 minutes from my mother and most everything. Bed was comfortable but not a queen size bed which when reserved it said Queen size bed. Loved the soap products.

The low toilet was difficult to get up from it and the pillows weren't very comfortable.

The room was clean and big. I loved that it had a charging block with regular plugs and USB. The bed was too firm for my liking.

The pool and hot tub were listed as heated and they were not. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were not heated. Although, the weather was over 30 degrees, the water was too cold.

No breakfast served. Had hospital apt and only had 5 mins from hotel to get there. Staff friendly, comfy beds, access to fridge and micro, Early check out allowed cards to be left in room. Hours 7.00am to 10pm but instructions clear for outfits those hours. Would stay again.

While there are not many bells and whistles at this motel, it surprised us with its modern, clean, spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. We also loved that it has a hot tub (indoor), and has an indoor pool (as well as outdoor in the summer months). Rooms include a mini fridge and microwave. It was great to be able to bring our dog, and there was no extra charge for pets. Front desk reception was always available and helpful. Be aware that this stay does not automatically offer daily housekeeping; it must be requested in advance (we never take advantage of daily housekeeping so this was actually a positive for us).

The motel is not in the most walkable location for going to dinner or drinks (that said, we did manage to walk downtown two times during our stay).

Clean bedroom and lots of toiletries. Large room with a lot of space.

The parking lot was not cleared and I was there for a knee replacement and had a really hard time getting to much room from the car because of the snow.

We had a king suite and I liked the location of the room. It was very roomy with a private feel to it. I used the hot tub and the jets were the perfect propulsion. I had it all to myself - bonus! The staff were great.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the accommodations exceeded our expectations based on the price. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room and beds were comfortable. We'd recommend a stay here!
