Accommodations. Felt like a boutique hotel that included a personal touch. Staff. Were super personable, very friendly and even though during peak activity were still very patient over a busy holiday. Housekeeping. Super attentive, very supportive and patient with our busy family and worked with our schedule. Restaurant. After trying multiple restaurants in the area, we fell in love with Gabrielle‘s. Felt it was the best restaurant in town!

Spa. Hot tub was wonderful, but had a very high chlorine content, which probably was due to the volume of traffic of visitors. They could use some extra chairs in that area to set items or even hooks to hang towels.

Great location, very comfy beds, spacious room, friendly staff. Restaurant had lovely food and nice staff. If you want your own breakfast there’s a great supermarket just a short walk away.

We were in a room that had an adjoining room and there was zero soundproofing through the doors, so you could hear absolutely everything from next door. When they were out it was silent, so the other soundproofing is great, just make sure you have a room without a partition door. Wish I’d moved rooms, but we’d unpacked and it felt like too much hassle.

Great location. A fantastic Italian restaurant right in the hotel and a cute little cafe. The room was a nice size. The kitchen stock was just ok. The coffee machine does only one little cup at a time, great size fridge though and the king bed was nice. The staff were fantastic. The fellow at the front desk went above and beyond. I will come again and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was mostly clean. Food, drinks and service at the on site restaurant were fantastic. All the staff were extremely helpful and nice.

There was a stain on the bed comforter that I didn't see until the following morning. The towel hooks had been previously ripped out of the back of the door so there was nowhere to hang my towel. A little pricey for the overall stay.

Location in the downtown was very convenient with Gabriella’s restaurant a lovely surprise.

Refrigerator was not fully functional because pieces to hold. Beverages in fridge. Door were missing and lighting Options were not fantastic in the evening. Also, a coffee table would have been convenient.

The front desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. Nicely upgraded decor, since our last visit a few years ago. The bartender in the lounge was friendly and helpful with our cocktail selections in the afternoon, and remembered 6s when we returned in the evening fir a nightcap! Great, relaxing patio vibe, with fire tables.

The hotel was directly on the bus route and it was wonderful of the hotel to provide both bus tickets and relevant bus schedules.

Calling the hotel a resort was a bit of a stretch considering there was no restaurant but otherwise it was up to the quality of a resort.

I loved the fact the facility staff treated us like members instead of like servants (experience from a previous hotel we switched from.) There could have definitely been breakfast, but we're from the U.S., so we didn't expect it. Everything was terrific.

I would have loved a breakfast, but was ok with the fact there wasn't. The construction didn't even bother me, because it was so quiet. Noise cancellation a plus!

Room was very nice. Very friendly and attentive front desk staff and in n the restaurant and cafe. Excellent food in both the restaurant and cafe.

Our room faced the road, so it was a little noisey.

Clean, nice decor, easy parking, close to everything. The staff were wonderful and the food in the dining room was amazing!

Rooms were a little smaller than they appear in the photos. There were 3 of us so a little ‘cozy’.
