Very convenient location right on the main road through town but quiet. My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. As I was travelling with my dog, being able to park right outside was much appreciated so I could easily move the kennel and other stuff from the car. I didn't get to use the pool but the pool area looked great. Coffee available at reception was appreciated (especially as my room was missing coffee - it only had tea and decaf, though this was corrected when I let reception staff know), and it was handy to be able to grab some items for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great! Friendly staff at check in and next morning.

The room was spotlessly clean. It smelled fresh and sanitized. The bed was super comfortable with lots of plump pillows. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. Fresh fruit, quality yogurt, toast and butter, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted you with a smile.

The tub was slippery, but we were given a new rubber mat to solve the problem.

Not really a complaint...old buildings show their age. It's the only negative I have.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was great and it was easy to get to. The beds were comfy and all towels/linens were clean. There was a beautiful mountain view from the rooms and the family really enjoyed the hot tub! We were only here for one night but overall, our stay here was nice.

The rooms could have used a good clean, there were dead fly's (like 20 of them) in the bathroom windows, in both of the rooms we stayed in and a few dead flies in the shower and sink.

Convenient location right on Highway 3, friendly and helpful staff, great views of the mountains from our room, lots of parking, pool looked nice, breakfast available.

Hotel is showing its age but the beds were perfectly clean and bathrooms were clean too. Perfectly nice spot to stop along Highway 3, would stay there again.

Convenient location, decent breakfast options including yogurt, lovely pool, and extremely friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well appointed for the price. Appreciated the mini fridge and the fact it is pet friendly!

This is an older motel, but well kept and nicely decorated. Our room was also quiet despite the motel being on the main road. Breakfast was adequate considering the motel is the same price, or cheaper, than the other motels with no breakfast option. There was granola bars, toast, juice, yogurt, boiled eggs and fruit. There is also a good restaurant at the Motel for dinner.

Communication at check in could have been better. When we got to our room, the water wasn't working. When I inquired, I was told there was a water break and it would be on soon. That could have been communicated at check in. Not a major problem, and unlikely to happen again.

A large room with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch. The room was great value for the money.

Such friendly helpful hosts. Used and enjoyed the pool. We liked this accommodation, the town. The walk beside the Grandby River. We really liked the local Boundry museum. Breakfast was fine for us: toast, boiled eggs, juice, fruit, yogurt.

Microwave was placed too low in the cupboard to use efficiently and electric power bar kept disconnecting because wires were stretched too tight.

Grand Forks Inn is well maintained, the rooms are large and clean, and the front staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate our late night check-in with their 24 hour staffing. Also, they let us use the ice machine to fill our entire coolers with ice for our road trip. Wonderful place in Grand Forks.
