Some of the common areas, like the stairwell were dirty, and a pile of old towels was left in our dorm bathroom for days. The lady who came in on Wednesday seemed to care more about the guests then whoever was supposedly working the first two days I was there.

The Location was the BEST PART! Once we parked the car, we had no need to leave. Walking to the lift, and sun snacks on the patio after skiing and before we set out to cook dinner of our choice. the cooking accommodations were fabulous, as well as the cold and dry food individual storage bins. Best place ever.

I would have like to have known way ahead of time that Nowhere Special was a self service type of check in that we needed to fully understand before we drove up We were confused at first that there was nobody on site to check us in, but as soon as I looked at my Booking.com messages, everything was clear. I think it would be nice to let folks know not to expect someone there at the desk to check in and answer questions.

Fantastic location given that it’s a 2-3 minute walk across the parking lot to the lifts. This is a brand new hostel with a large, modern kitchen and common areas with nice views of Red Mountain. While there were no staff at the hostel due to COVID, the check-in procedure was super smooth and well-designed.

As other reviewers have mentioned the shower curtain in the private room is hilarious. It’s about a foot too short and should be three times wider to keep water from spilling onto the bathroom door. I ended up putting down a whole bunch of towels on the ground every time I showered to prevent covering the entire bathroom floor with water.

missing details and dirty duvet cover, missing sheets do had to take it from single bed, no hooks or anything to hang was clot or hand towel on to dry, no curtain or blind in bathroom, no bath mat in shower so u step out on wet cement, no staff including front desk ever

Poorly designed. Sharing a bathroom space with only one toilet and one shower with 8 people. If one person uses the toilet in the middle of the night, it will wake the other 7 people. Kitchen was disgusting and non hygienic Needs an on-site manager to be present

Infantile young "adults" leaving messes in the communal kitchen.

There’s was not one single staff member in our hostel. I emailed specifically to say we would arrive at around 7pm and I got a response saying that a staff member would be there until 10pm. We also needed to purchase something from the front desk and no one was there to help us. We were wandering around a ghost town.
