Location is great for my visit with family. Close to the golf course and easy access to downtown restaurants. No more breakfast being served😢but small fridge and microwave in the room. Housekeeping staff very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed here several times while visiting in Trail, so no surprises with the accommodations. It is a motel, beside the highway so a bit noisy during the day, but is quite quiet at night.

They’re for a hospital procedure. Front desk staff so accommodating. Took off the stress of not knowing where to go before hospital . So close and easy to get to hospital . Free by desk man very nice. Room so clean , big and bed’s comfy. Could not have asked for any better . Young house keeper so friendly .

The room was clean and big. I loved that it had a charging block with regular plugs and USB. The bed was too firm for my liking.

The pool and hot tub were listed as heated and they were not. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were not heated. Although, the weather was over 30 degrees, the water was too cold.

While there are not many bells and whistles at this motel, it surprised us with its modern, clean, spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. We also loved that it has a hot tub (indoor), and has an indoor pool (as well as outdoor in the summer months). Rooms include a mini fridge and microwave. It was great to be able to bring our dog, and there was no extra charge for pets. Front desk reception was always available and helpful. Be aware that this stay does not automatically offer daily housekeeping; it must be requested in advance (we never take advantage of daily housekeeping so this was actually a positive for us).

The motel is not in the most walkable location for going to dinner or drinks (that said, we did manage to walk downtown two times during our stay).

No breakfast served. Had hospital apt and only had 5 mins from hotel to get there. Staff friendly, comfy beds, access to fridge and micro, Early check out allowed cards to be left in room. Hours 7.00am to 10pm but instructions clear for outfits those hours. Would stay again.

Clean bedroom and lots of toiletries. Large room with a lot of space.

The parking lot was not cleared and I was there for a knee replacement and had a really hard time getting to much room from the car because of the snow.

The room was well-ventilated. The window opened onto the forested hill behind so lots of fresh air flow. It was very quiet, although on the highway. The windows were good, I guess. I'm usually bothered by light at night but the lights were well-placed - good enough for safety but let just a bit of light through the curtain. Bed was great! Sheets were crisp and of good quality. The price was okay but cheaper to book on line than at the desk. Pity.

There was no breakfast. That was the only bad part. The nearest breakfast was up the highway or down into the city and meant a drive.

I didn’t like that we arrived & checked in late and was giving no heads up that we had to go to another hotel to check in and then drive back to your hotel . That was not convenient at all .

Beautiful updated and well designed rooms at a value price. Free laundry available. Grills available. Indoor hot tub and pool. Large TVs. The owner clearly cares about this place. Outstanding

No breakfast; but at this room price, you can afford to buy elsewhere.

Bed and bedding were comfortable. Outside pool was clean.

Bath towels were like sandpaper... a few thousand washes past their due date. The cheap plastic chairs (green ones) around the pool are not safe. One basically shattered in a hundred pieces when I sat on it. Lucky I wasn't hurt when I hit the deck.
