This place was exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed and very quiet. The staff went out of their way to let me check in 2 hours early and although they were trying to do me a big favor by putting me in a ground floor room closest to the back door for ease of letting my dogs out, I asked for a handicap room after knee surgery and the one I got was not. The low toilet was murder on my knee and no handrails in the shower was scary getting in and out. I managed despite this though and I loved they had hot breakfast in the morning with no added expense. They served scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage links which are my faves in the morning. Everyone in this small town were incredibly nice and friendly.

I have a bad back and the beds were too hard for my taste. Wished the toilet was chair height and that the shower had at least one handrail.

The coffee at breakfast was very good. The area was very clean. Make your own waffles were good. They did offer some fresh fruit and yogurt. The other hot food was not good.

The television in our room didn’t work. The staff really tried to fix the issue but couldn’t. They did offer us a change of rooms but at that time of night, around midnight, we were too tired to change. In the morning we were VERY sorry we didn’t change. We had really missed not seeing morning news when we woke up. The staff was very apologetic. It would have been nice to be offered a credit for the inconvenience.

I needed a yogurt in the evening in order to take my crushed medications and the gentleman and the front desk was very gracious and provided me one from the breakfast bar. Much appreciated!

Nothing - everything was great.

The room was very clean and looked to be recently updated within the last couple years. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff there were very friendly and accomodating.

Location was fine. Breakfast could have been better. We stayed here last year on our trip to Door county… enjoyed our stay before so booked again.

Eggs and sausage were cool… sausage was actually cold (didn’t taste cooked). We used the microwave to heat everything up.

They let us check in very early wroth no extra charge. Also the breakfast was much better than I had anticipated. Very well kept and clean.

Breakfast was hot. Had a variety of options. Check in was great and they were fine with our late arrival.

The facility was clean, up to date, and easy to access. The staff were very friendly

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-appointed for its class. Brand named soaps, coffee, etc. It is a bit away from major areas but that was what we were looking for! Would recommend this hotel.

Coffee selection superb. Hot portion was very good. Refrigerated items were very cold!!

More fruit!!!
