They have Starbucks coffee 24/7 at a counter near the front desk. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The beds were comfortable with a selection of pillows (varying firmness). There was plenty of hot water. I used the fitness room, which was clean and the bike worked well. The two different front desk workers I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. There was good parking. Compared to many of the similarly priced hotels I've been staying at in the midwest, this one was much better.

From the outside you could tell right away it was a well-maintained property. The design inside was clean and modern, and the staff were exceptional in their appearance, professionalism and friendliness. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast was the biggest surprise. The little breakfast room was well-stocked with delicious food. Most self-serve breakfast set ups have poor-quality food. This location had individual quiches, real bacon (most places serve the awful filler sausage) and warm fruit pastry.

The fees and taxes make the room much more expensive than advertised. This is an industry-wide problem that should be addressed. The pool could be open later.

It was very near St Norbert, it was very clean and well maintained, the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good had a variety of options to choose from.

It would have been nice to have ice water available at the coffee/tea bar or in the lobby and also at breakfast. Our air conditioner unit was broken; it seemed to be working when we arrived yet when we came back to room late at night, we realized it wasn’t working when we were already nestled in for the night. I fussed with the the AC unit for a bit and saw I that nothing worked. We were too tired to pack everything up and change rooms at that point, so we did not call the front desk. We let them know in the am, a nice man came up and got it running. It stopped working quickly after that. We were compensated a bit for our inconvenience.

Location close to campus, clean rooms, lounge was nice, friendly staff.

The price per night was quite expensive. I felt like the hotel was taking advantage of people staying their on a special weekend like graduation. The lounge could stay open later on weekends, or at least when you have a group of people that would make it worthwhile to remain open a little longer.

The staff were great. Helpful and worked together. Breakfast was good.

The room upstairs had a 2 yr old running around staring at 6am but that’s not the hotels fault. The coffee in the lobby was a little weak.

Restaurant staff attached to hotel. Wouldn't seat us said we need a reservation. 20+ seats open not even half capacity. Weird! Never in my life seen anything like it. Been to plenty of restaurants in 50 yrs.

Front desk worker was amazing on sunday during our stay.

I rated size of the room low because the bathroom is extremely small for a 2 queen room. That needs to be larger. The coffee was really watery with no flavor.

The breakfast that was included with our stray was pretty impressive. There were hot food and cold food options. Coffee was great. There was even the option to make your own waffles!

I can't think of anything that I would improve, I look forward to coming back to this facility! We travel to the area once a month and are planning to make this one of our regular stays

Clean. Had a wonderful steak house attached to it, though a bit expensive. The food was outstanding m.

The fact that they don’t clean the room every day and provide fresh towels.

Restaurant/Bar staff was great. We enjoyed the flatbread pizza, beverages and friendliness of each person.

Room 201 is well-lit at night; outside lights and no curtains to block the light.
