I had to book an emergency stay after my flight was canceled. Booked easily thru Booking.com, contacted the hotel for a ride to the hotel, which was an Uber and arrived very quickly. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The whole experience from the time my flight was canceled to being in my room was less than 1 hour. Fantastic.

This is an extended stay hotel, so I get that there will be workers coming in and out at all hours, but it was a little disturbing when evening shift people got in at 12:30 AM and were talking loudly in the hallways. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The price of the room including the cost of bringing my dog with me was more than worth it, definitely impressed with the rooms. I preferred the wood floor planking in the room compared to your standard carpet.

maybe a little snack and beverage store inside the building instead of your typical vending machines.

I loved the staff, cleanliness of the room, and location.

There were only 3 minor issues with the stay. 1 I found ants in my room so kinda got a Little discouraged. 2. The elevator kept not working then working (it wouldn't press up or 2). & lastly, there should be some continental breakfast included.

The common areas and room was clean. The coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh. We checked in on Friday around 3pm and the host was very friendly and inviting. The host over the weekend was more reserved and didn’t really greet any of the guest when they came in.

The price was VERY reasonable, the staff very nice & helpful, it’s located close to everything, the whole place is clean and kept up as well as the room and a kitchenette in the room was especially nice!!!!

We did NOT appreciate the barking dog in the lobby/hallway at 1:00 in the morning and to no fault of the hotel, we did NOT appreciate the inconsiderate loud talking of some other guests throughout the night & early morning!

Location was great, quiet surroundings

The room next to ours had a loud TV going late at night and the desk clerk did not want to address the issue because that guest was long term. The TV was loud all night and was still going at 3am. This kind of thing needs to be addressed and all hotel guests treated as equally important regardless of length of stay

The rooms were very clean, the staff was exceptional. Had everything thing we needed for our mini vacation. Love that they had a full size coffee maker, all the dishes we needed. Definitely will be back next time we are in Green Bay.

Very friendly nice staff! We were in town from Oak Creek, WI for Monday night Packers Game and the staff were very informative about what time the bus comes to pick us up for the game. Super fast check in and check out! Very clean! Property smelled really good!

Hands down, this is the nicest Extended Stay I have ever stayed at! Everything about the room and kitchen was outstanding! Very close to the airport; however, you do not hear the planes flying by.... I was pleasantly surprise and will stay here again! I was speechless!!!

The ladies at the front desk.... Maybe it's just area, but when I arrived they both just looked at me like I was some foreign creature - like what are you doing here???? There was no hello or welcome to our establishment....???? Being a small town, I was expecting a little more friendliness but oh well... my stay was amazing!

Clean and comfortable room. Nice kitchenette furnished with basic necessities. A mixture of smells at front entrance and hallway but room smelled fine. Very reasonable rate.

There was nothing that I feel worthy to mention.
