I've stayed in numerous hotels in Green Bay and by far, this one has exceeded all other hotels that I've stayed at in the Green Bay area. Rooms and building were very clean, breakfast was great and always stocked, staff were nice and always ready to help.

the shower/bathtub always running/leaking - the shower/faucet didn't work properly

Anything that we needed for our room, we were able to ask the front desk for, and they gave items to us.

While in the pool, there were lots of very rough kids, and nothing was said to them. There was one child who would not leave our kids alone. The child kept pulling my son under who can't swim and inappropriately touching my daughter and her friends. We had our kids stay near us, and the child would follow. The child would splash us and was very disrespectful. The parents wouldn't do anything until we started yelling at the child ourselves. There were many other families in the pool with their Littles and could not believe nothing was being done and how rough this child was playing.

The room was nice, but the closet door did not close the way a door should close, and thought housekeeping would have cleaned the room and make up the beds when we were out gone , Nope that didn’t happen. We stayed 2 nights. Maybe I should have asked at the front desk. If they do that. I guess I assume of housekeeping did that, I stayed at a lot of hotels and the room was always redone when we were out shopping or whatever we did,

Nice pool. I liked the spaciousness of the room. Good beds. Friendly staff.

I booked 2 rooms. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent, pool & hot tub were clean and set at comfortable temps. The staff were very accommodating to all issues that were found. ( Room 1 - Fire alarm was falling off the ceiling - immediately fixed, Room 2 - smelled of cigarette/ashtrays, we were given a different room right away.)

I did feel that our rooms were not vacuumed as well as they should have been. I only found this when I picked up something that I had dropped, and retrieved what I dropped along with several strands of hair, that were not mine.

Everything was great. The room was beautiful. Everything was clean in the room. The staff was wonderful. I would stay there again.

The pool seemed like it needed a little pressure washing inside the edges, but I’m sure it was just normal buildup. The floor in the pool area got very slippery. But all in all it was pretty clean and very nice..

The hospitality was great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool was large and clean with good hours of access and the breakfast offerings were substantial and delicious. Loved the option of chocolate batter for our waffles!

The seating in the breakfast area was pretty limited, although guests were allowed to take food into the ample seating area by the pool. They could use a second waffle maker. The line was pretty long since that was the most popular breakfast option and it took awhile to move through, since each waffle takes 2 minutes to cook.

Staff was great! My son even left money on the bathroom counter and we didn’t realize it after checking out, we called the front seat about an hr later and they returned every bit of money that was left in the bathroom.

Cleaning room had an smell-cover on AC broken, bathroom floor had hair on it when checking in-grabbed cleaner from hallway to address
