We have stayed at this location many times in the past due to its location. We were VERY impressed with the change from pre-packaged breakfast food to actual real food prepared at the location. We feel it made the stay worth the cost. Offering pre-packaged food at a top-notch facility was a downfall in the past. Thank you for making the change to real food!

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with almost full kitchen. Good location in comparison to Lambeau Field, a long walk or short Uber to the stadium.

Breakfast was not the best, but, for hotel breakfast not terrible.

I left a pair of shoes there, called the same day I left, and no one called me back. I called again and she said “no one found a pair”, I know I left them there. Sadly I will not go back. Honesty is the best policy.

The lying

After a tornado hit us at home, we needed a place to stay for an unforeseeable amount of time with no power or internet. I work from home so it was a necessity. I called up Residence Inn and spoke to Lisa, who was extremely helpful and professional. Not only did she work it out that we could check out at any point or extend our stay without a fee, she worked it out so we got a little off the rate due to the circumstances. She was a lifesaver when we REALLY needed one. We spoke when I checked in, and she was even more comforting and pleasant in person. During our stay, there was no remote control in the room for the TV, not a big deal these things happen, but what doesn't happen often is the amazing customer service we continued to receive from another staff member Vinnie. We called down to the front desk and at first they just brought up a replacement remote, and it did not work. Vinnie came up himself and was tech support! He restarted our modem, helped us hook up our switch to the right ports and did so while being very personable. Vinnie also helped us with a VERY late check out once our power was restored and was super accommodating. Overall, this was truthfully the best customer experience I have ever had at any hotel, and truly was unexpected. I am so grateful I chose this hotel to help us at a really difficult time. Kudos to all the staff, there were a few I did not get the names of but everyone was so nice!

The bed was a tad firmer than me or my partner like, but they were nice beds nonetheless.

Everything was excellent

The shower was not clean and the flow of water was weak in the shower. I would recommend that you also make a pipe that would be convenient for bathing children

We liked the room set up and extra space. The staff was amazing and very accommodating for our swim team. Breakfast was decent too.

The pool irritated my daughter’s skin.

The hotel feels new and clean. Breakfast was great and even had GF options! Quinten, at the front desk, was really helpful! Location is nice and quiet- and is not downtown actually. We liked that the room was spacious with the kitchen!

The beds could have been more comfy. The pool needed to be heated much more- my kids were disappointed we couldn’t go swimming. We didn’t mind- but again, this hotel is not downtown Green Bay. It’s nice to be by the river though!

The room was clean and comfortable.

I think the price was a bit much and I did not like that it was a handicapped room.

The breakfast was good. Had a good selection of items. Wish the time started a little earlier, start time at 6 AM would be great.

Continental Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable. Everything seemed to be well organized and clean.
